I mistakenly ordered the wrong runbods…

I mistakenly ordered the wrong runbods and wrote to complain (before I knew of my mistake). The agent kindly educated me on the different features of the products and as a good will gesture offered an exchange at reduced cost. 10/10 never before had such kind customer service and the product is great as well!

Great Customer Service

I ordered a pair of their pro earbuds, sadly they were too big for my ears, they offered to send me a pair of their mini earbuds and give me a partial refund. I was quite happy to try this so i went ahead and accepted their offer. Unfortunately, even these earbuds were too big so they then proceeded to give me a full refund. They were extremely helpful and more than happy to help. I was very impressed and recommend them to anyone.

Superb customer service

Bought a pair of Runbuds but they were dropping connection so I emailed customer service. Got a reply in less than half an hour, with things to try. I went through the suggested steps but they still had the same issue, so I emailed again, and got another reply, again within half an hour, offering a replacement and free upgrade. Amazing customer service, and the agent I spoke to, Esther, was superb. In an era of questionable customer service and only being able to chat to bots with a lot of companies, dealing with the team at Runbuds was like a breath of fresh air. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Runbuds again. Thanks again Esther.

Very cheap feeling

Very cheap feeling. Mediocre sound quality, and the case no longer charges the headphones after less than a year. Awful marketing with the perpetual "sale". Should be about £15.

Open Your Earholes......or Not !

Apart from the unbelievable quality, .....I was so happy to have no worry about my little ear holes feeling sore from larger type ear connectors and annoying trailing wires. I got the mini buds and I love them. Real value for money and so comfy. I'm no meany though so also bought the pro product to keep at home incase others may need them or get jealous of grannie being happily comfy in her own world of music, pod casts and audio books. My family may at some point realise I often tune out now and tune in to my own interests and pleasure, thanks to my rather cute run buds. I can happily say this type of discovery with age, is blooming great, as is the customer service always swiftly available. I'm definitely a convert. Thank you 😊

Overpriced and low quality

Overpriced and low quality

For the money paid, they should be much better quality. Worse than a very cheap pair I had used previously.
For starters, an absolute nightmare to pair. Right one works, left one stops and vise versa. Took a couple of days of trying to pair in sync and then eventually did.
NOT SWEATPROOF. Although they do keep 'working' if a drop of sweat touches them you will then have them repeatedly screaming into your ear VOLUME MAXIMUM. You can try pull the volume back down but they will just fight you and keep going back up. While running this is incredibly irritating and I refuse to use them anymore for this reason. I wish I never bought them and feel very out of pocket.
Don't bother trying to remove the ear hooks. You wont get them back on exactly right and they dont sit correctly in the charging case so will need to manually turn just one on everytime you want to use them. Sound quality is just about ok but have had much better from cheaper brands. Cheap poorly made and over marketed. Very disappointed
Not even 6 months of use.

To clarify, our support team did offer a free replacement under warranty in April 2025 once we became aware of the problem. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a reply to confirm the delivery address, so we weren’t able to send this out at the time. We’d still be more than happy to arrange that replacement for you now if you’d like to proceed.

If you’re open to it, please get back in touch with our support team (support@runbuds.co.uk) and confirm your current address, and we’ll take care of the rest. We genuinely want to resolve this for you and ensure you’re properly looked after, something we believe sets us apart from many other brands.

This is an honest review…the best customer service I have ever come across….even though the earbuds had great sound quality and build…they weren’t right for me. Best customer service and incredible quality…

Great set of buds

Very simple purchase process with great communication. Buds arrived less than 48 hours after purchasing and they are excellent. Previously had Samsung in-ear buds which weren't very comfortable. No issues whatsoever with the run buds - highly recommended.

Outstanding Customer services

This company should be commended for their outstanding customer services. I had an issue with Runbuds I purchased which was down to my disability, this was not a fault with the product or the company. I Messaged on a Friday night ( I didn't expect a response until working hours on Monday). I received a response within 30mins offering a free upgrade to suit my disability. The customer services I received was outstanding & I cannot recommend this company enough..
