2 times purchased online and order canceled even though online size was available (and by the way on the website the size is still available). No serious business

I returned the original box with the original shoes but you claimed that I have not returned the original box but I did !!!! It’s not my fault if your delivery company is not professional

I made an online purchase for a running shoe. But the size went wrong. After returning my claim i was not entertained because I dint returned with the box. (I still don't remember where did I disposed that box due to to the excitement). But after explaining my situation as a runner that I Currently I am running with my slippers the executive sympathetic on me somehow managed to get me a voucher so that I can once again buy the correct size. Thanks a lot Runners. For your superb product and the tremendous staff you have. Thank you

customer service do not reply to my inquiry about my order status up until 6 days after when they fulfill their part of giving to the service courier, then took 5 days deliver to oman. all in all 11 days that suppose to be 9 days base on their website. i got free delivery upon check out, no added charge when i got the parcel. guaranteed legit, authetic and safe for online shopping.
