Exceeded Expectations
Always wary of companies located abroad but Running Expert exceeded my expectations. Their price for a Garmin Watch was lower than any other retailer. Delivery was completed in 4 days ( excellent now they have changed their delivery company) Their communication was great and I would strongly recommend them to any prospective purchasers

Bought a Garmin watch that was on sale from runningxpert.com. The watch was delivered to Ireland within a week of placing the order. Shipment was easy to track and the customer service team were quick to respond to my query. Overall I'd recommend this company and would purchase from them again.

Great discounts and fast shipping
Ordered some Asics running shoes on a Sunday and were delivered to my address in the UK by Thursday the following week. Shoes were great, exactly what I had ordered and purchased at £50 lower than the asics site! The only negative would be that it was not made clear that the shoes were being shipped from Denmark and there was no returns slip in the parcel. More transparency over the company destination and returns process would have been better.

Great experience!!! I paid a Garmin Fenix 7x sapphire solar, 150 euro less then the other on line sellers. I had a small problem with the delivery of the parcel and I requested assistance trough the call center, where an amazing guy (Fabio) quickly solved the problem. But the best thing was that he called me back two days later, to make sure that everything was gone well! Incredible!!! Thanks again

Pink adidas adistar trainers
I was looking for a pair of pink adidas adistar trainers in size 3.5, I couldn't find any. I came across runningxpert.com they had the last pair available. Even though they are based in Denmark the delivery time was excellent. Tracking was provided saying they had gone through customs. Once in the UK they were picked up and delivered by DPD with a time slot. Arrived at my door within 5 days!! I'm so pleased with the trainers, and the customer service is great too. Thank you 😊

No problems for me
Ordered a pair of trainers on the 2nd July. Had an email confirmation of my order shortly afterwards. Had an email the day after with tracking details for the delivery. Had an email from DPD on 5th July saying my parcel would be delivered the next day. Had an email from DPD on 6th July saying the parcel would be delivered between 11.02am and 12.02pm that day. Parcel arrived about 11.05am. No issues whatsoever for me.

Terrible company for customer service
Terrible company for customer service. I bought a running vest over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received delivery details. The details they sent me are void, and they say the parcel was attempted delivery and sent back to the shop all within the space of a few hours. The email the woman sent said we always have problems just wait a few more days. I've emailed saying I want a full refund I'll probably be waiting weeks for this as well. If you're buying from the UK just avoid this place and go to sportshoes or something or ebay. As previous reviews have explained.

I think this company is out to scam
I think this company is out to scam.
Ordered some shoes and they never gave me tracking. I emailed and was told that they had been and gone and we’re on their way back to Denmark - no slip from the courier or a tracking link from the company. I was asked whether I wanted them to be resent or a refund - I asked for a refund.
I chased up about a week later and now they’re saying the parcel had been delivered? This is not true and they’ve not provided any courier information.
Would definitely avoid in future

The buy is great. But when I tried log into my account, it said wrong password, so I asked to renew my password 5(!) times, and nothing happened. Ended up buying it not through my account. Too bad. But besides that, quick delivery, also quick returns.

Sent shoes via DPD,no info on apart from address(according to DPD!),so I can’t have them redelivered,also they won’t let me collect them even though I have collection cards from DPD,no they need the ok from runningxpert.com,who tried to contact the depot,then offered me £10 off when I go to collect them!are you not listening?they won’t let me collect them until you contact them!I could drive the 25 miles and back but they still won’t give me them!

Delays - lack of information
I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by runningexpert.com. I placed an order for a pair of shoes on June 3, 2023, and as of today, I have not received any confirmation or information regarding the status of my order.
The complete lack of communication from them is simply unacceptable. After placing the order, I expected at least a confirmation email or some form of communication acknowledging my delivery date. However, it has been more than a week, and I have received no updates whatsoever. This level of disregard for customer service is deeply disappointing.
Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding the delivery of my order is concerning. I understand that delays can occur, but the complete absence of any information regarding the whereabouts of my purchase is unnerving. It leaves me wondering whether my order has been misplaced, lost, or simply ignored.
As a customer, I expected better from runningexpert.com. I chose to purchase from them based on their advertised reputation and the positive reviews I had read. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability from them is simply unacceptable.
I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before placing an order with runningexpert.com. It is evident that their customer service is severely lacking, and there are no guarantees that you will receive your order or any support in resolving issues.
