Scam company

Scam company. I ordered a pair of 2 in 1 run shorts. After 2 weeks the wrong product was delivered. They don't accept returns and are based in China.

This company is a scam. I’ve ordered, bogus updates on tracking no return email.

Trying to contact support to arrange a…

Trying to contact support to arrange a return, but no response. Based on other reviews, this seems the norm.

They also state on the website that there are no refunds, which I'm sure is against UK consumer law.

Shorts seem poor quality, and the print has a fault. I have now raised a dispute with Shopify, and I’m about to submit a chargeback request with my bank.

Quality pair of shorts

Quality pair of shorts, only criticism was the long wait time as I didn’t realise they had come from abroad. I did message several times to no avail. So correspondence with customers is paramount for building confidence in your product.

Excellent choice and quality of…

Excellent choice and quality of clothing. The long sleeve winter 1/4 zip has been my go to choice during the recent weather, with a base layer in minus 3 conditions. Toasty. Shorts are also great, liner is better for summer on the black pair, the belt shorts are perfect, best for spring onwards. You forget you’re wearing any of them. Delivery was quick too. No complaints.

Still waiting for my shorts after 2…

Still waiting for my shorts after 2 months, they are now ignoring my request for more information eg delivery or refund. I think I have been scammed. UPDATE It's now 3 months and still ignoring my requests for a refund they also flagged this review as defamatory obviously they don't want consumers to know they are being scammed

Scammers don’t order from Runnr all seemed okay until delivery date passed. Emailed and received it’s just been delayed allow further working days due to high demands.
Now unable to contact or get a response.

No delivery, no response-looks like a scam

I placed an order, but the product never arrived. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no response at all. Duu to this complete lack of communication, I believe I have been scammed.
Very disappointing experience.

DON'T order unless you somehow KNOW you will want to keep it! I ordered running shorts. Looked good. I waited about 3 weeks to get them (first problem). When they came I didn't like the fit or quality at all, so wanted to send them back. I went to the website and it gave conflicting information. Some places said only exchanges, some said 30 days returns (second problem). Contacted them through the site. Got a message back to mail it back to China (third problem)! It would either cost 60-70% of the cost of the items to send them back! UGG! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering (lesson learned).

Fake Gear No Labels No Way to Contact

They sent me a running jacket that had ZERO labels, no materials, no size, no care instructions. There phone number doesn’t work, the address is fake, and after sending emails and pictures they seem to be non responsive. Of course no way to alert Facebook so trying here to keep others from suffering the same fate.

Fake and not legitimate

1. The item did not ship until I emailed them several times and contacted them by email and instagram. The phone number they kept for contact us is not active. The address is not real.
2. Once I was able to get a hold of someone the shipment took longer than it should to reach me.
3. Once the items arrived, I found out the length of the shorts was not like it was described. The material is really bad, feels like it can tear at any moment. Also one of the shorts was completely done wrong and different than the others. Upon contacting them they responded asking for more specific pictures. After giving them all the proof there is no more response from them. Over $130 gone to waste.
4. Every offer they keep (cyber or black Friday or special deal) is all fake. One place they say 50% one says 70% but when you put everything in the cart the price is the same weather it’s 50% one day or 70% the other day.
5. Them writing that they had over 12K+ orders is not true, since there are barely any reviews and based on the serial order number they only reached 2K of sales
6. They email they sent for the rating if you click on one star it won’t take you to the site to rate. Even if you click two or three stars it won’t take you anywhere. Only when you click on 5 stars does it take you to the trust pilot site.

I am currently just waiting for a refund since I’ve had the worst experience with them and no longer want to deal with them since the only way to contact them is through email which takes a very long time.

Update 8 Jan 2026

Instead of responding to the negative reviews on trustpilot, runnractive have decided to flag my post as defamatory. This shows how instead of facing their customer issues they are trying to hide them from other potential customers.

They have only refunded me 50% instead of full but due to their lack of responses I didn’t want to deal with them anymore

Brand new 2in1 shorts

Brand new 2in1 shorts, nice phone pocket.... for the phone...

My new iphone 17 pro just fell out mid run onto the pavement because the stitching broker on one run. The liner shorts are frankly thin, poor quality, poor quality stitching.

Wish I had saved my money now. Hopefully I will get a refund or something, yikes.

I ordered the black running shorts

I ordered the black running shorts, these took 4 weeks to be delivered which I was unhappy about, I’ve ran in the shorts 3 times now and find the inner short which holds the phone is too thin, my phone bounces on my leg feeling like it is going to bounce out. But more to the point it’s causeing chaffing. For the money I feel I shouldn’t have bought these shorts.

Sizes are way to small

Sizes are way to small, I'm a large in most brands but as i could not try these on beforehand, i went for XL, they are still tiny, the biggest size they do is XXL and I'm positive even they would not fit. They don't do refunds and they say they will exchange but you have to send it back to china at your own cost! It also took over 3 weeks to arrive.
