Unlisted daily storage charges
When you create a pod, they only list per-hour usage prices, so one assumes this is all that is going to be charged, but if you stop a pod without deleting it, you will be charged for daily storage without a warning. My classmates and I were all caught off-guard with low-balance warning emails days after testing this service for a few minutes.

We clearly list per-hour usage prices when creating a pod, the additional daily storage charges for stopped but undeleted pods are also communicated clearly. You can view the pricing summary while creating the pod, which shows the charges per hour for the stopped pods for the storage you still rent.
This experience shouldn't have caught you—or your classmates—off guard. We recommend deleting pods if you no longer need them to avoid incurring further storage fees. That said, we recognize we need to handle this better by being more transparent and proactive with alerts or reminders.

2 Days Lost Due to a Bug and No Support Response
Very frustrating experience. I was unable to top up my billing because of an issue on their website. As a result, I lost valuable time and my work was completely disrupted.
Because of this problem, I risked losing my pods and ultimately lost two full working days. While time was passing, I received no response to my emails, Discord messages, or other attempts to contact support.
The most disappointing part was the lack of assistance and responsibility. When customers depend on your service, fast and reliable support is essential.
I hope both the platform stability and customer service will improve significantly.

10/10 – Would Recommend!
I used RunPod to demonstrate my application during the final presentation of my Computer Science Final Year Project. The project involved three AI models, each requiring GPUs with high VRAM and significant compute resources—something I couldn’t manage on my local machine.
RunPod turned out to be the ideal deployment platform. Since my models were already Dockerized, deploying them was incredibly smooth. All I had to do was provide the image link, configure the ports to expose, and set the storage requirements. The pod launched in under a minute, and the whole process was completely hands-off.
The per-hour pricing was both affordable and transparent, which was perfect for my limited and focused usage. I especially appreciated the pre-pay model, which gave me peace of mind knowing I wouldn’t accidentally rack up unexpected costs.
The UI was excellent as well—clean, intuitive, and quick to configure. It was easy to navigate with minimal clutter, making the whole experience even more efficient.

Extremely difficult system. I feel that I am back in the 1980s. All is DOS based. And ports closing all the time. File handling is impossible. Support I don't know about because I have to fill out many pages for a small question. I will not recommend. Until now I have used 2 weeks to download a backup file. I give up
