We would like to confirm that we are working on an internal project where our developer relations team is making sure that only working and tested templates will stay live on the platform and rest of it will be removed or at least include guidelines to make those work. We have multiple templates and hence the project is time consuming, but this is going to be our priority this year to fix maximum templates and improve our user's experiences.

Good cloud service in general for DEV…
Good cloud service in general for DEV environment. Price is nice, so are most of the features. A few times machines stopped working for no reason, which is frustrating. Being able to create containers in the environment would be very useful.

The RunPod service has significant ups…
The RunPod service has significant ups and downs.
At times, it works excellently, and at other times, it performs terribly. Loading a template like GymFlux can take 15 minutes or never load at all. For four days, I couldn’t get it to work, but at other times, it worked incredibly well. In their defense, they do have excellent technical support with representatives who help you, refund lost credits, and assist you in finding solutions, although not everything depends on them.
As for me, I continue to use it. I haven’t explored other options yet. I would use it cautiously at first, but I can recommend it.

8 months deep in Runpod (good experience)
My company has been using Runpod (both pods & endpoints) extensively for last 8 months. Overall really great experience. The pricing is very competitive and has actually gotten even better since we started. The Runpod team themselves have also been quite helpful whenever we required support. I don't have any criticism at this moment and I would recommend them to anybody looking to rent GPUs at a competitive rate.

The whole system and idea is very good.
The custom made pods from users are expected to not be functional 100% of the time, but some of the official templates do not work.
The price scheme is also a point that could improve to allow for more consistent use. While the most expensive pods are very affordable by performance, the low cost ones are "not here nor there". Some are very affordable compared to efficiency, others are way too expensive for the result they bring.

Good service. Sometimes, poor pod availability in a region can be an issue (I need EU data centers). Maintenance work sometimes causes trouble. Python API is a bit underdocumented.
But all in all, still to be recommended.
