Great Organisation. Well organised , supported and enjoyable event. All went to plan. Course was changed due to bad weather and this was communicated well. Nice medal and goodies at the end.

I ran the Regents Park 10k on Saturday 11 April 2026 and as always found the whole event to be incredibly well organised . As always there were plenty of Runthrough staff, who are always so supportive, attentive, encouraging and friendly , nothing is too much trouble for them . I discarded my extra top on the first lap and assumed that it was gone for ever. After finishing I happened to mention it to one of the Runthough staff at the registration desk ,who immediately looked on his phone and advised me that one of their tailwalkers had picked it up and left it at the finish in one of their boxes . He introduced me to another team member and they took me over to retrieve it . The Runthorugh teams are just amazing , as indeed are all the bag drop staff, marshals etc I absolutely love their events! ( and they have the most generous goody bags at the finish !) and

Very well organised events. Would highly recommend and will do more runthrough events.

Drayton manor what a great experience. Parking right next to the start line / finish. Entrance to the park less than a few minutes walk. Course worked very well. Great staff on as well.

Joined the RunThrough event at Victoria Park on 3 April for the 5k.
This was the first RunThrough event that we joined but it certainly won’t be the last.
Doesn’t feel as commercial as larger running events.
Really fun community feel and the most fun run event we’ve joined so far!

I had to drop down a distance from the 10km to 5km and I found I had a quick response via email and on the day when I went to change my number over the volunteer was helpful. The course was flat and very well supported by Marshall’s. Even with 3 different races taking place I didn’t feel crowded and felt everyone respected each other. This wasn’t my first runthrough event and won’t be my last.

I was racing on behalf of the Wolves foundation and race pack was already there and waiting for me.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Had a great experience with run through for the Richmond Half Marathon was a great day and to top it of got a PB of 1 hour and 59 minutes for my half Marathon would recommend anyone to sign up for a runthrough race day so fun and such a good day out.

My first ever race & I did the media city half marathon. Very well put together. Great medal.

Booked through Let’s do this. Run through cancelled the event with no communications. I had to google two days before the event to find out what happened. I asked for a refund twice and they keep asking me if I want credits instead of just refunding me. They are not a company that listens or communicates. Will not be using again.

I have been with the company for 10 years and watched it grow into the huge UK brand it is today. I have set pb's into my 50's that are crazy, made many friends, earned 100s of medals, and enjoyed running in all weathers.
Runthrough are totally inclusive of all people - age, gender, ability. They have it all, and when you turn up and see 1600 people on a course on a Sunday morning with a lot of families attending, and stalls of snacks and coffee, and great encouragement for all from whoever is on the mic, it's a great experience.

I love the company, the staff and volunteers are amazing and so friendly and hard working, so if you feel like giving a 5k a go, lace up those trainers and join the club! It doesn't matter if you speed round, plod round, or somewhere in between - you are still running and still being a better you. And RunThrough love you for that.

Running has helped me when life have been tough. My running friends are there for me and this company is a focus. It is what gets me up at dawn on a Sunday sometimes for a race or a training run. They are the best! Inspirational, and my motivation.

Despite the hilly course I really enjoyed my run with run through. The staff were very helpful and kept the runners motivated around the course also I have done 4 more races before this one and they have all been organised great and no problems and I am looking forward to my next one on Sunday on the 5 of April

Lovely marshals, good atmosphere and enjoyable day for my first half marathon!

Just ran the Town Moor & Exhibition Park 5k at Newcastle. It was fabulous. Very well organised, great customer service and value for money. It was a freezing cold morning but everything went smoothly. I received loads of photos too, on the same day as the Event, and they were included in the cost of the race - brilliant.

Wolverhampton 10k 29 03 2026. Absolute shambles, arrived at 8.15am to collect the bib, which should have arrived in the post! Huge queues and not enough check in desks. Queued for 50mins well after 9.00am to be told bibs had run out, organisation was non existent. No apologies or anything from anyone. I paid £35 for a place, not an issue, but then you don’t have a chip to officially obtain your time. We left the stadium at 9.37am. On arrival back, there was further delays, one queue for people with a race number and another for ones without, where you registered your name and time. Luckily I had reset my watch at the beginning. This led to a huge queues which backed up to the finish line, delaying runners getting over the line. Also the snack stations are in the wrong location as runners tended to gather around these, causing further delays. I wouldn’t run here again, it was my first official 10k and a really bad experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Walked the Surrey half marathon on Sunday and the staff/marshalls were so amazing. Reassuring, supportive and helped us feel safe. They cheered us on at every opportunity as well as bystanders along the route. Loved the sweet children with signs for high fives to give energy boosts and jelly babies. I was in the last small group finishing and was so grateful for their support. Well organised and inclusive. Finished in 3hrs 42 mins.

Ran the Gloucester 10 K. Although it took 10 minutes to get to the start which is probably the case in any race the whole experience was fantastic very well organised well marshalled and well run (!). Look forward to doing the next one
