None existent customer service

I ordered a cream polo. They sent a dark blue one. I emailed them… No response except an auto acknowledgement email to say they’d be in touch .. I emailed again.. no response, same again…
A month went by, I called them. They said they send a return label.. then emailed me to say I had to return the wrong item before the would fulfil my order and send the item I ordered and paid for 6 weeks ago!!!!!

A complete shambles!!!!”

So disappointing.
