Fake reviews done by Tony Francois Family. Rush Hour Appliance Repair in Sunrise has to be one of the biggest scammers I've had to deal with. I made an appointment for 10:00 AM the next morning for which they arrived on the dot. I was told the $125 service call fee would be waived since I was allowing them to repair my cooktop. I purchased the new element from Parts Unlimited. Technician put new part in without testing to make sure it worked. I was told it was working, but it wasn't. After spending 30 minutes in total, I was told they deal only in cash, debit card or Zelle and the cost was just change under $300. $10.00 a minute is ridiculous. Finally got called back and was told they did exactly what I wanted and that I never asked them to do a diagnostic. I have never heard of such a thing, you don't check to see if everything is working before you leave? Make sure you run as fast as possible from these scammers.
