At first, I couldn't get an on-line notary because no one was available at the time (they were all busy) so I logged off and then I received an email the next day that gave me a link to click on so I could continue with the notary process. A live person came on-line right away and we quickly went through the application (she did talk a little too fast but not so fast that I couldn't understand her). Now I am in the process of waiting to recieve my notarized birth certificate in the mail which at the time of this writing, will take about 8 weeks.

Festina helped me to feel comfortable and better understand the process. Her friendly professionalism made the process quick and easy.

Festina was great, however the process to get to her was awful. The scheduling had a lot of glitches. I come from a tech background and I was confused and it took me significant extra time. Festina was also behind and so it took me an hour and a half before I was able to complete the process beyond what I was originally scheduled.
