The online ordering process was confusing and still allowed my order to go through, even though there was an issue. I never received any email update, and only discovered the problem when I checked my order status, which instructed me to contact customer service for a PO number. When I called, the representative informed me that my company wasn’t on their list of approved companies for payment upon receipt. When checking out one of the approved companies was large corporations. My company is a large corporation. If I hadn’t followed up myself, my order would have been delayed. Overall, their communication needs significant improvement.

Ordered a custom t-shirt from this company. On at least two, and possibly three, occasions, the t-shirt did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date. When I contacted the company, I was told it was a problem on their shipper's part, and the t-shirt would be reshipped, and I would receive it by the newly promised date. Again, the date came, and went, with no t-shirt delivered.
On each occasion, this company blamed UPS. I suggested that they courier the shirt to me, since I live a short distance (10 miles) from their office in Philadelphia. This suggestion was ignored. Please note that I lived in an assisted living facility at the time of my order, which had a front desk which accepts deliveries on behalf of residents. So, it is not as if UPS tried to deliver the order and could not because I was not at home.
Finally, weeks later, the t-shirt was delivered. The kicker was that the design appeared to be ironed-on like they do at boardwalk t-shirt shops, whereas I had the impression from their website that the design would be printed on. When I emailed them about this, I received no response regarding this concern.
I understand that things happen in transit, but I have ordered clothing items from other local, and national, websites, and have always had my orders delivered on time, or even early. Rather than taking ownership of the problem in my case, this company blamed UPS and took no responsibility for the late order.
Please note that I listed my date of experience with this company as 6/4/25, as that appears to be the date when I placed my order. As stated above, however, weeks went by before I finally received my t-shirt.
I will never do business with this company again.

I used the live chat options to explain to a rep (Justyne) that we had some delays picking a shirt design, and the shipping cost to get the shirts delivered in time was going to set us over our pricepoint. Justyne was able to help us with some promos to help cut cost and rush the delivery. Very helpful.

I placed a $1000 order with a guaranteed shipping date of September 18th for an event on the 19th. The items did not show up on the guaranteed date, or the next day. Monday morning I called to tell them I needed a refund because the items are no longer needed, the response was “let me see what I can do for you”.
I refuted by saying “I just need it refunded, the event is over - I don’t need them anymore”.
Alyssa came back with 2 options for me, I could wait until they were delivered, and pay for it myself to send them back. Option 2 was take a 50% discount to find an alternative use for the items.
Rather than wait weeks for a refund, I opted to take the 50% discount. Well, a couple hours later a delivery showed up and only the hats showed up - I also order shirts.
I’m waiting to find out what their plan is to satisfy this, but in the meantime - I highly recommend not trusting any guarantee they provide.
You will be left paying for something you no longer need and only getting half of what you ordered.
For a company selling on guarantees, the only thing I can guarantee from my experience with them is you will end up with half of what you ordered after you no longer need them.
