I registered to be a part of your online platform where I could shop without fear of loosing money. Just a day after my registration, I got a notification from my bank of a deduction I had not approved of.
Meaning I could not trust your site.

Never been on their site and NEVER bought anything from them, yet they got our card details somewhere and now charge us a monthly fee!!!!!! Ridiculous. Theft. Same as Allbeoutside.com. Each suddenly charged our card the same amount for membership. I am sure they got our card details from Shein! That's the only place we recently bought that could have leaked our card details! All scammers.

Scam! They have hidden charges for some "VIP-Service" for what I never asked...! They also ask 8 Dollar for unsubscribe from this service. On top they put fake advertisement on social media. Don't order there!

I didn't really use this site so my only experience was the cancellation process. I was contacted by a person called Alero who helped me through it. Nice process overall.

I accidentally completed a registration with a payment. I am not interested in remaining registered, so I have requested a cancellation and a refund to the account from which the payment was made. Assistance was received and offered. Thank you.

JOIE is good enough but the company itself is shit. Now I have credit I won’t ever use, got a 50% refund when they charged me and I never used their website never bought their stuff…

The Experience with Diamond was incredible.

I want to thank Edith for the timely intervention and support I received in processing my refund.
I subscribed to rushstride.com without understanding that I would be charged for the subscription. Anyway, when the subscription was deducted from my card today, I made a request for a refund and cancelation of my subscription and the team immediately actioned my request.
