We visited the shop already knowing what we wanted. But couldn't find it. Ronan was very good. Knew where it was straight away, and guided us there. Helped us through the purchasing process. Most pleasant to deal with.

We visited Russel Dean to browse for a new suite. The store was well set out with plenty of styles and material options. We were greeted by Ronan who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of interior design. We didn't feel pressured and the whole experience felt calm and relaxing. We took our time to make the best choice for our needs. We can highly recommend Russel Dean and Ronan who is a credit to this store.

We are not regular buyers of furniture But we had a need for a stylish chair that provided lumbar and neck support rather than a wall pew out of waiting for God. Sam took us carefully through the stock listening to our needs and refining her judgement and finally advising a visit to one of Russel Deans very local (2min away) maker/suppliers. Making for a very satisfactory purchase that met all our needs both ergonomic and style. Spot on.

We have been in need of a sofa for a very long time and have just not been able to find the right fit. We visited Russell Dean in Calderdale and the sofa range was vast with everything feeling and looking high quality. We were helped by Ronan who seemed to know everything there was to know about sofas! As we have been struggling to find the right sofa we were really happy to have Ronan guide us through each design, fabric, build quality etc. We felt we found the right one for us and Ronan gave his time without any pressure which we really appreciated. We have put a deposit down and subject to the measurements we will hopefully have a brand new sofa set, thanks to Ronan and Russell Deans great selection.

We visited Russel Dean today to buy some items of furniture. Our salesman, Troy, was professional and friendly and helped us through the process. He was knowledgeable and efficient and made us feel very welcome and comfortable with the process.

We are customers of Russell Dean of many years standing . It was our first time dealing with Laura, who we learnt had worked there for 7 years,and what a pleasant experience it was. We arrived with a predetermined list of existing items we wanted to replace. Laura made the experience so easy, without once being pushy, and we went away 2 hours later mission accomplished. What we liked was the time given to choose with the great variety of fabrics. Free coffee and biscuits were appreciated as we made our decision. Mark clearly took us through the care procedures and was very thorough in all discussions. We have been informed of progress to date

We visited Russell Dean on 11th Oct to look for a kind size bed and 2 seater settee for a new holiday cottage we are developing.
Laura approached us and after listening to our needs was very informative directing us to several options. Her knowledge helped us to choose the right furnishings and she also advised us of the best "sale" items, plus cleaning and maintenance of the products.
We bought both items and were delighted with our service

We drove over to look at a new matress for our bed. We were greeted at the door and we were waylaid on the 1st floor looking at all the ranges of Sofas and chairs. I can't believe the choice on offer and the quality products. We Were helped by Ronan who has a vast knowledge of the products and fabrics available. It was a pleasure to be assisted by someone who really knew their products and was clearly very helpful. We took away some information and prices to consider. We then went up a floor and Ronan imparted his excellent knowledge on mattresses too. We purchased a matress and look forward to delivery. Ronan is a credit to the store and his helpfulness and knowledge is admirable.

We visited with the intention to buy two easy chairs for our new extension. We were kindly greeted by Laura and she was very helpful.
The store had lots to choose and good quality furniture. We purchased two chairs and also two 3 seater sofas. Looking forward to receiving them . A well set out store and certainly worth a visit , parking under cover with an elevator to the area we were visiting.

I visited the store some months ago wanting to purchase a couple of bean bags which were unfortunately out of stock. Laura took our details and promised that she would keep them in her locker and call us when they were back in stock. Lo and behold last week she called us to let us know that she had kept our details that the bean bags were back in stock. I was suprised that she had kept the details for so long and had remembered her promise to call us. We really feel that this really exceeded our expectations and thank Laura for keeping her promise to us

Visited the story back in July looking for a sofa snd possible a mattress, Right from the moment we entered the store we were welcomed without being hassled, we couldn’t decide against 2 sofas so we slept on it and returned the next day, we were greeted by Mark H who we had spoken to at length the day before and Luckily the sofas were still available, we ended up purchasing 2 sofas and a cuddle chair, Mark gave us a demo on how to get the best out of the sofas, and provided all the information we needed , we mentioned purchasing a mattress so he took us upstairs and handed us to Samantha who was lovely and a king size bed was also purchased, very impressed with the service both Mark and Samantha went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, the delivery service was also fantastic. Thank you for making the experience personal , absolutely love our purchases

We had some issues with with company supplying our sofa but Alan and the team at Russell Dean were on it and sorted everything. I recommend using Russell Dean as you just get a quality service throughout your purchasing experience. Thank you to the Russell Dean team.

we visited Russell Deans searching for a new leather suit after visiting a large number of furniture stores and was a bit dismayed after over powering sales staff ,no knowledge, and false priceing.We had shopped at Russell Deans when in Northowram a number of years ago and my parents we’re always happy. So we headed back to the store in Mytholmroyd, it was a joy to find no overbearing staff and a fantastic range of leather suits at realistic prices.After find what we was interested in Samantha came to see if we needed any more information on the suit we had picked and nothing was too much trouble we left with all the information we needed and leather samples of the colours we picked. Returned a week later happy to place our order.

Samantha was really helpful and patient helping us to buy the right sized sofa in the choice of fabric that we wanted. A first rate service, fully explained how to care for it and also explained the delivery service too. Excellent
