Russemerch has a 14-day return policy…

Russemerch has a 14-day return policy during the Christmas holidays. Usually, this period is extended by most companies. The return period is calculated from the date you place the order, not from when you receive the product, even though delivery may take up to a week. Very poor service and very poor information on their website. There is no contact available via email or phone, and they are closed for the Christmas holidays. This is a brand that is popular among young people and advertises on TikTok. Be cautious! Not recommended to order from this company.

Just in time delivery, no communication

Original 19th December - I ordered a hoodie and sweatpants for a xmas gift on 8th December. Have not heard anything from the company after the order confirmation. Big dissapointment!

Update 22nd December - the goods were delivered just in time for Christmas. Notification on the delivery came on the same day. So all good in the end!
