Elena and her team delivered exactly what I needed in a very short deadline. Their work, particularly given the fast turnaround, was impressively accurate and thorough.

I’ve been searching for someone to transcribe my father’s russian-spoken stories into written english, and after trying a number of translation specialists - Elena was far and away the best at capturing all the emotion and idiosyncracies. I ended up using her for hours of my father’s storytelling and now I have this history forever.

Highly recommended.

I've been having lessons with Olga now for about a year and I'm really impressed with how far I've progressed!
I love that she was interested in how I wanted to learn and what things I wanted to get out of learning Russian. As a result the lessons are really engaging and fun. I also feel like I'm progressing quickly towards my personal goals.
While I'm more geared towards speaking and conversing Olga still maintains professional control over the lessons and we find a brilliant balance between learning important grammar and building my confidence in speaking.
I would highly recommend this service on every level. If you are learning a language and thinking about getting one to one tuition I would strongly encourage you to do so! It has benefitted me immensely.

I highly recommend Svetlana if your will is to improve Russian. I believe I really improved my conversation skills and I'm not afraid anymore of speaking

I wanted to continue Russian after AS level and found Svetlana, who teaches online via the Russian Language Services, via Gumtree. Svetlana is friendly and encouraging and my conversational Russian has improved dramatically. I wholeheartedly recommend these lessons.

My English-speaking children have been taking Skype lessons with Svetlana for almost a year now. Svetlana is wonderful, she has been very patient with the inevitable ups and downs in their progress. So far, they have been quite enthusiastic about continuing with their learning. No doubt that it has to do with Svetlana's approach to teaching Russian to the younger people - structured yet playful, keeping them excited and curious about the new language.

Excellent, excellent language tutoring. Nastya teaches me Russian - we revise things that I have trouble with, she introduces me to new vocabulary and gives me the opportunity to just talk things out. My Russian has improved drastically since beginning to learn with her. I highly recommend this service and Nastya in particular!

Excellent Russian language instruction. I've just re-enrolled for a second 10-lesson package and I'm sure I will do more. Nastya is an excellent and patient teacher... she works at my pace and is very encouraging.

This company has been a great find! I’ve been having lessons over Skype for more than two years now. It’s a flexible and easy way to arrange lessons. My teacher Nastya is super knowledgeable, creative, inquisitive, dedicated, kind, and encouraging. We have interesting discussions every lesson and cover some grammar points and vocabulary. I highly recommend the Russian lessons part of this service from the experience I have had.

Elena is a great teacher. I had skype lessons with her and she made Russian learning very easy. The language is though so you need a good teacher. Definetely recommended!

Olga is an amazing teacher. Well she not just a teacher anymore she is more like an amazing friend. I started from a poor level of Russian and thanks to her I can now have conversations. I have done two hours a week for 18 months and I am impressed with the level I have acquired. I am always looking forward to the next class, amazing service for little money. Спасибо большое!

My experience with RLS has been nothing short of amazing. The ease of scheduling, the flexibility, and the cost are all great. My tutor Olga is the best. Kind, patient, encouraging, and really understands how to reach. I can't believe the amount of progress I have made in only 3 months and I'm having fun at the same time. I highly recommend RLS, and especially Olga!
