Poor customer service for online store.

Tried to order from their online shop, they later cancelled without prior notice, leaving me with no alternative for a gift (their entire online store is out of stock, including the item I had ordered and prepaid). Normally customer service for other online stores will contact you to request confirmation of order, or issues with payment. Not Russian River. Expect your order to be cancelled without notice, and little to no follow up with alternatives. This is even worse if you are looking to order a gift for relatives.
