My favorite things!

I know people who lived in Aleppo in 2016 who told me that they couldn’t even go to the hospital if they had an infection because Russia would blow it up.
According to this propaganda machine the bombings were fake and the white helmets are terrorists.

It’s a disgusting piece of propaganda that is used to blow up people in all the World.

I was with this company for several years and never an issue until now. The website is gone, no one answers the phone and no access to TV channels. Yet, they just charged me my monthly due!

Wow! Disappeared, no respond, fraud. I have been their client for over 2 years. Payed yearly subscription and now I am not able to get my money back. Very dissapointed and I will contact BBB to resolve the issues with no refund.

What happende with this server and domain? Its the Putin Issues? :) Putkinski dela!

Well, after short vacation we discovered (near January 18th 2022) that this service does not work anymore. Website vanished!!!! We looked at reviews before signing up and just bought a box and a subscription 3 weeks ago for one year for 200+ dollars. This is disgusting fraud. Please, refund money to your customers. I also think if company would have a technical issues, they should respectfully have their website running with notification to their customers that they are working on fixing it. Site is gone as well as our money.

Can someone tell me what happened to Russian TY Company ? I have been their customer for 2 years already, sometimes they had some technical issues and no more than a day or so but now their service is not working for over 4 days already. Their website is down, the phone is not responding, TV application stopped working and requesting to enter login info with password ( which has already been entered before and been working for 2 years ), we enter our password and it doesn't accept it :-( The box doesn't work as well, just grey screen :-(( We prepaid for their service for the year in August. What goes on, how can I reach them or maybe they are gone with our money ???

Guys at Russian TV Company, I have been your loyal customer for 2 years, for some reason the service is down for the past 2-3 days - please respond online with an update as to when you expect to be up. You are the best service out there, hope you resolve your technical issue soon and will resume. Leaving 5 stars for everyone so they know this service is the greatest!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Their has been inaccessible for two days ! Their phone lines don’t work ! We can’t get any help but still being charged for the service! Do not sign with them ! They are the worst.

For many years I never regret that I am a Russian TV Company customer. They try all the time to improve the quality of their service and broadcasting. Since we changed recently the box for the new upgraded one, we enjoy huge variety of channels and diversity of the newest movies and series in the library.

Nice film collection from different companies and countries. diversity of classic films and channels, and multimedia. Super helpful support team quick to respond on customer’s request

Service of tv work terrible. Waiting for 30 min. Been first for service after became 4th. Means wait for another hour. Tv does not work for 2 days.cant fix it at all. Only one phone to call. Service ignore you at all.

They offer a vast selection of channels, and a great support team that has went above & beyond to help get things working for me after we upgraded to a 2021 model TV. Always a pleasure to talk to them.

I absolutely love my subscription to the Russian TV Company's Premium Packet. It’s easy to log onto and the selection of programs and channels is fantastic. I’ve been learning Russian for the last nine years, and access to real time Russian television is a super resource, hence this has been a great buy. Absolutely recommended!

In general this is a good service, but there are some small issues with tv app (Fire TV in my case) and with feedback. App has small problems like missing button or repeating movie search crashes the app. And when these problems were fixed, I didn't receive information about it and I had to check myself if there was an update for the app. So feedback could be better.
