Metzo is the best support on the rustclash team,

Good support, wish ID wasn't the only form of verification

I had an issue with attaching my ID documentation to prove my age, I was uncomfortable with having that out there. While I would like there to be another way to prove age that is less risky, I appreciate the support team for letting my know about information policies and what I can do to still enjoy my experience.

My experience on this gambling site

This site disappointed me so much that I decided to leave my review. I made a deposit, played the smallest case battles on the site. I did not win more than 10 coinflips 50% vs 50% with a good pot. And at the same time I won coin flips where the pot was small. Which is simply mathematically incredible. It looks very much like a scam scheme. Coinflip is the most famous scam mode that the whole world hates. It all ended with 11 losing battles in a row. From 13 coins became 0 coins. I've played 51 case battles. That's a long stretch. This can be checked on my account.

I talked a lot with support and asked them to return me at least 6 coins so that I could withdraw the two desired skins. They rejected me because this is their duty. For them, 6 coins are meager cents and dust. I wanted to resolve this in a good and peaceful manner in support. Their answer is that you lost fairly. So do not believe the answer from the site that will be for me. They were supposed to help on the website but not on trustpilot.

I recommend you all to pay attention to other gambling rust sites. There you will win and lose. And there will be freebies. I know at least 4 sites that are better. On this site, your skins fall into the abyss and no compensation with promotions or bonuses. If your country is not on their list of "good countries". Yes, they divide countries for which free rewards are provided and for which there are no rewards.

I wish you weren't in my place.
