Was really interesting and provided a wide range of activities to keep us busy for the day!

We had some great tours on Borneo with Rustic Travel. The guides where friendly and very informative.
We've also booked hotels and pick ups trough Rustic Travel and everything went perfect. If our flight was delayed, they took care of everything, and informed us about the changes.

We had a very informative and interesting tour seeing a range of different sites. We took the train which was fun and learnt a lot. Thank you!

Had a great experience today. Our tour guide Z was absolutely fantastic – friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the attractions in Kuala Lumpur. From historical landmarks to the bustling streets of Chinatown and the magnificent Baku Caves, she provided insightful commentary and answered every question with ease. It truly made the experience engaging and memorable. Highly recommended!

A great day out with Xi on a walking tour of Chinatown and a trip to Batu Caves - very informative, friendly and lots of fun.

Ms Lee (with driver Mr Sam) gave us an extra-ordinary city tour in George Town. We visited impressive tempels, educating museums and local markets and UNESCO recognized city center. All with excellent explanation and guidance from Ms. Lee.
On top of it all, we had a very nice lunch at Woodlands.
We are a family of four including two teenagers.

Z is a super friendly and informative guide. A well thought out day taking in the Petronas Towers, Batu Caves, Little India and China town.

Great Tour guided by Mr. Tan, a great tour guide. We learned a lot about Kuala Lumpur, the culture and the different religions in the country. Highlights were the visit of the Batu Caves, Little India and Chinatown. A very interesting and valuable day for us. Thank you, Mr. Tan. Wolfgang and Regine from Germany.

Rustic Borneo Travel organized a perfect vacation for us on Borneo. It started with a wonderful cooking class with Jennifer. We bought all the ingredients together and then cooked a fantastic meal. We then went into the mountains and the rainforest. We saw all of the animals, the Big 5 of Borneo. Very good hotels with excellent service were booked for us. All transfers between all points were very punctual. The office kept us up to date. Rustic Borneo Travel is absolutely recommended as a partner! 👍

We are very enthusiastic about Rustic Travel. Our 3-week Malaysia & Borneo trip was booked by Diamir in Dresden, who work with Rustic Travel. I would like to thank Jennifer Alexander from Rustic Travel for her efforts. We could ask any question at almost any time via WhatsApp and Jennifer took care of it immediately. One hotel on the tour was a bit run down, but that's not Rustic Travel's fault. They surprised us in our last hotel on the tour with dinner and a fantastic room upgrade. Simply amazing. If I could, I would give 10 stars. The whole tour was very well organized and the places we went were very well chosen. We enjoyed Malaysia and Borneo and would like to warmly recommend Rustic Travel at this point, thank you very much for EVERYTHING!!!!

We were a Danish family of 5 traveling to Malaysia and Borneo - Kuala Lumpur, Kuching, Sandakan and Kota Kinabalu - for 17 days with a packed and preplanned program including sightseeing, trips, rafting, jungle stay etc. During our stay we had our own specific guides and transportation. All guides - Mr. Tan, Mr. Robert, Mr. Zaimi and Mr. Shawn were very experienced and kind resulting in a fantastic trip allowing us to see the big 5 in the wild on several occasions. Jennifer Alexander in the background ensuring everything running as planned.

Great day visiting Kinabalu Park Botanical Centre. Our guide was knowledgable and informative about all the plant species and helped make the visit educational and fun. Would definitely recommend.

The tour to Sabah Tea, staying in the long house was a great experience. Also the following day with canopy walkway an the bath in the waterfall.
