Our tour was well organized by Joe. We were very well taken care of by excellent guides and made life-long memories. Being able to release baby turtles was very special--thank you to our tour guide Ben for that. Adrian was our tour guide for the rest of our trip. He was very knowledgeable, fun to be with and excellent at spotting wildlife which was our main reason for this trip. We were very fortunate to have seen just about everything we wanted to see. My husband also enjoyed one evening at the Borneo Nature Lodge fishing with Chinta (an employee of the lodge who volunteered his time).
We absolutely enjoyed our trip and would recommend Rustic Borneo to all of our family and friends.

They understodd our wishes and made an excellent program for US. When we had soome problems they reacted very fast.

My family 2 adults and 2 children did an amazing 3 weeks trip and Sabah. Loved it!

We decided to book through Rustic Borneo from the UK and we were very impressed that everything went smoothly. We only had a specific date to holiday in Borneo and Joe did a fantastic job arranging everything in a very quick and easy way.

All accommodation, travelling and guides were perfect and the value was alot better than UK based travel agents. We had a fantastic time and would recommend to anyone wanting to experience Borneo.

Really recommend them, easy to deal with came up with a bespoke plan and all worked out.

Our tour company would not organize the trip we requested to Sepilok and Sandakan.
We are not that worldly, so we felt cautious being recommended rustic-borneo via a friend.
However, we had no reason to be concerned at all. Arranging the trip and booking could not have been easier with everyone speaking perfect English and accepting phone calls, texts and emails. We were met at the airport by our guide, Adrian, who was charming and extremely informative. He showed us the main sites and some other little gems, never rushing us and making sure we didn't miss anything.
With Adrian as our guide we felt perfectly relaxed and we would be pleased to recommend rustic-borneo to anyone. They delivered a very personal and enjoyable tour and made sure this aspect of our holiday was a success.'

The Director Peter arranged last minute tour on Borneo for my family and we had a great experiance. The communikation was fast in the arrangment fase and everything planned was on time. Problems was solved immediatly and the service was in top. If I should go to Borneo again I know whoom to contact.

I was in KK for 4 days in july to where i booked two days of diving and the rest accomodation. In a very short time Peter, one of the bosses compiled a package program for me and my partner tailored to my requests and demands. I also had the flexibility to change the itinery half way due to weather conditions and they were very understsnding and hospitable to this. I had trouble finding a hotel and Peter managed to secure me a decent place in a very narrow margin of time. I felt like a friend was looking after me rather then a tour operator as the personal but professional attitude made this a hospitable cozy holiday. Be it diving or other adventure sports and activities, rustic borneo definetely has the repertoire and tools in the workshed to make ones trip a memorable and trustworthy with a sprinkle of a personal wholesomness.

I was in Borneo in July with my family. We did a 10 days tour. Joe helped us to put the tour together. We started on the a river for 3 days on one side of the island where we saw good wildlife and went to a forest reserve for a couple of days to see orangutans. After that we went over to Kinabalu to stay in a resort for 4 days before going home. I was happy with the service and fast replies from Joe. 2 times our bus pick up was a bit late so we called and got confirmation the bus would arrive within 10 minutes, which it did. Good travel destination if you like nature and also can recommend Rustic Borneo, for fast and friendly service.
