I ordered over the phone because I had many questions about the product. The representative was very friendly and if she didn't know the answer she contacted her supervisor. Shipping took as long as they claimed it would. Hardware came days after my doors so they couldn't be hung right away. The doors had obvious defects in manufacturing that were explained as a more rustic look. The hardware doesn't have all matching bolts. Some are black others are bright silver metal. I like the doors and the hardware other than these problems. Rustica Hardware did give me a $40 refund because of the door problem.

Rustica delivered exactly what we asked for and within the promised window. Our order was rather unique with some precise measurements that were accurately complied with. We are very happy with the quality of the hardware and finish. The instructions were rather generic, but adequate for determining how to install the hardware.

Cannot say enough good things about Rustica Hardware. I purchased my barn door hardware through them. The provided over the phone help during installation. They also insured that my delivery was on time for my parents to install.

I ordered the hardware with no holes. It arrived with predrilled holes. Customer service was very good about correcting my order, but of course this delayed the installation of my door. In the end, all ended well. I am happy with the product.

The metal hardware works great. We had several issues with the wooden door. We had ordered the door unassembled and when assembled most of the wood was bowed and not cut properly. Customer service did replace some of the needed wood pieces to make the door work. Even with the new pieces the door was still bowed out. It required additional milling on our end to make it work. We are recently having trouble with the door sliding on the floor mounted guide. We'll have to see if some additional work can fix the issue. I would for sure buy additional hardware again, but purchase a door somewhere else, or have one made custom. After the effort so far it would be more cost effective.

I purchased a Horizontal Slat door from Rustica Hardware. Overall the quality of the door and hardware were outstanding. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was their position on installing the door pulls on the door. I understand that some people my not want it where their instructions indicate the pulls should be installed but my guess would be that 95% of the people purchasing the door would agree with the suggested placement. My problem was that I elected to install a recessed door pull on the back side of the door that I had to chisel out. It was not a pretty process and I nearly ruined the door because of where I had to place it to avoid the pull that was on the front side of the door. I think Rustic should offer installation services on the door pulls so it looks great from the factory.

The barn door hardware is fabulous! It makes a beautiful statement in my sunroom. Love love love it!

I rarely do reviews, but the door and hardware set I purchased from Rustica Hardware was everything I wanted. It makes the room! It is an art piece. Every detail was thought through and was done in a top notch fashion. You can tell it is American made, which is hard to find these days. This product will last generations. It is a well built master piece. Thanks Rustica for building a product I only have to buy once!!

We had a poor experience with Rustica Hardware. Our door came with multiple scrapes and imperfections. Also, the response time for customer care was long.

Paid for an expedited service didn't arrive on time, supervisor never called me back will not use again ...

I have now placed 2 orders from Rustica. On both occasions, there shipping department has messed up the order. The first order was not packaged properly so a $50+ handle was damaged. The second order, was not even close. They shipped me someone else's rails. How do you mess up a 7ft rail? Plus they forgot parts in the order.
What really got me is that after two orders with issues, all I got from them was - sorry. Really, two orders? So now when I do the next project, I have to look at other suppliers because I cannot count on their quality of service
I will say their customer service "tries" to help and feel bad when I have to call them and say "yeah, your company screwed up my order...again"

The barn door track we purchased came on time with all of its parts. Instructions were easy to follow and the structure is very sturdy. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered double bypass barndoor hardware for a complicated project. The woman who helped me with the order was great. Deliver was quick too.

Long order time, faulty product shipped and poor response from customer service.

These guys made a couple doors for our house, one to cover a mudroom and another to cover our bathroom (mirror door, the wife loves it) and they are gorgeous. They also work really well, I had heard these types of sliding systems were kind of loud but Rustica has wheel that has a nylon coating in the center so it's really quiet. Easy to install, instructions were easy to follow.
