No Customer Service

Cannot comment on the quality of their products, as I never received my order, great at taking the payment and acknowledging the order, then it was downhill. They have not replied to any of my numerous e:mails, I managed to find out via PayPal that their carrier ParcelForce had tried to deliver (with no prior notification) Parcel Force are on a par with them as far as communication. Just received confirmation of a refund via PayPal.

Very pleased

The item ordered very pleased with & looks good, but main thing was customer service with Michaela. I called them to tell them to tell them I needed item before or on the 1st December because I was going away, as it's all hand made from scratch I was a bit worried, Michaela assured me it would be delivered on the 1/12/23. I received tracking number a few days before for DHL, tried the tracking & site kept telling me it only accepted 10 digits, mine was 14. I then called DHL who said this is correct. I then emailed Michaela who responded within 90 mins with screenshot of tracking, it seems DHL are on another planet. The main thing is it was delivered when said, the item is great & in lovely condition & customer service was spot on so thank you rustic furnitures & Michaela I'll be back after Christmas rush for a coffee table. I seriously recommend these guys to anyone 👍🙂💯

Poor After Sales Service

Received a slightly damaged TV Table recently and requested a replacement or reduction. After more than four week I have received neither of these or consistent dialogue. The after sales service is poor and I will not use them again.
