Love the basket but shame it took 2 days to be delivered seeing as the address was local.

my order shipped pretty quick. 👍, only store that was able to send my gift for Christmas as most of th stores either not accepting any more orders, most of them will be delivered after Christmas.

Great website, good selection of gift baskets, user friendly system and prompt delivery of goods which was much appreciated. Tracking of gifts was great way to keep in touch. Awesome experience and would highly recommend.

Rustic Ralph came up when I searched for gifts for New Plymouth. I ordered my gift on Monday 10.08.20 it said same day delivery but once ordered it confirmed next day delivery which I thought was fair as I ordered late morning. My order which was for a birthday did not arrive until Friday! Five days later. So deliveries to New Plymouth are not really that efficient and I am assuming that this is an Auckland company. BTW level three lock down did not occur until after Tuesday midnight. Wouldn’t use again until deliveries are improved.

Couldn't be more happy with Rusticralph. This was the very first time I've ordered a gift online so was very cautious. Well, not only was it an easy websight to negotiate there were plenty of options the products looked to be good quality. I ordered Sunday evening from Whangarei and it arrived on Wednesday and that was just as we were coming out of the Covid19 lockdown. Awesome! And my son loved his gift!!
