AVOID AT ALL COSTS had our guttering replaced Feb 2023, initially pleased with the work but soon started developing mould, booked in for an independent surveyor to attend who stated it was due to poor workmanship of the gutter replacement. I reported through to Rutilus in Feb 2024 and still no one attended, completely avoided all communication and now we are faced with another £4,000 Bill to pay another company to rectify their shoddy workmanship. Letter of deadlock requested but guess what, they didn't bother replying. We have blown plaster, mould growth and surveyor costs, we will be pursuing through court if needed. Go elsewhere save yourself the headache.

The quote process went well. The date was booked in. The gutter team arrived, on cue, then ummed and ahh'd a bit whilst looking around our bungalow, before saying they couldn't do it. A brief, albeit vague, call back to the main office and then drove off again. We've never heard from the company since. Not a phone call, or email - absolutely nothing. If I could award zero stars, I would, so 1 star is a misleading compliment. My advice: Avoid.
