I placed an order and the acknowledgement went into my spam folder and I missed it. I called them up and they said they woud despatch it 'in the next 10 minutes.' It arrived the next day and was all as requested - right size and reasonable quality.
Ordered and paid for 4 items, 1 item was not square, the other 3 were wrong length. This seller was not interested or have any concerns. AVOID.
Item was recieved damaged with no protection in the box it was shipped in. Just a thin wall of cardboard. Which did not resist handling (the damage to the outside of the box was very minor, the way it was packed is the reason it cracked)
When the company was approached they fed me nothing but lies about system delays and chasing other departments.
Either that, or incompetence is rife within the company.
After chasing yet again when the refund never arrived, it arrived days later, reduced for no reason and with no explanation.
The company stole the tax for themselves and postage was not refunded.
Dishonest sales team and an untrustworthy business, I would urge everyone to avoid it.
Email responses take 5+ working days once the team realise it is not a sales lead.
