Very inflexible regarding cancellation

Very inflexible regarding cancellation. No reminder after a test subscription. One day to late, money gone for a year. Very unsatisfying and customer unfriendly!!!

Just learning so far on a few things to…

Just learning so far on a few things to increase my average HRV. I wear a Whoop device and I practice heart coherence, and I use a HeartMath device as well. My average HRV according to my hoop has been running around 35, I want to bring that up much higher.

Is this the running website
Is this the running website ? If so I think I got scammed as I paid €10 for the weeks trial and then I hit on another button that I was thinking I was adding mobility for free but i got charged €44 and when I asked for a refund they told me it was non refundable
Not right I don’t think

I did hear back from Ruut labs but they are now re directing my email to the right department.
So I will wait, I really hope they will stick to their word…

Avoid at all costs. Absolute fraudsters. Took £99.99 from my account without warning and refused to refund.

My Garman watch records HRV but didn’t really explain what it was, what values were good/bad, why HRV is an important measure or how to improve it. This lesson explained it simply and I now understand it. By watch was trying to send me an important message. I finally get it.

High fee for weak content, problematic subscription model

Extremely high subscription fees for what appears to be GPT/AI-generated content. No email reminder when the full price subscription kicks in. I just happened to see it show up on my credit card and had to email to cancel. I self-cancellation option. Good Instagram marketing that leads to a relatively weak offering. Some of the content isn’t even branded as having been created by them (which is questionable at best).
