placed an order was told it would take up to 21 days never arrived. eventually got through to customer service and was told it would take up to 38 days as it was not delivered within the original time frame of 21 days. this is not mentioned whe placing the order and was told in writing se email from them below

moral of the story dont order from them unless you want to go through all this for nothing
