HI, fellow customers of this firm..PLEASE DON"T purchase anything from them. My order was a complete SCAM.I repeat a SCAM. My order #590080447 was supposed to be for a 24' cover, That was just the beginning,while we were placeing the cover on the ground to locate "front" label, we noticised three small burn holes, but we tought that was a glitch when this cover was in production. BUT NO then the next supprise was the size, way to small. So we reached out to customer service,and then the denial's started, The service rep would'nt take any phone calls. They perfered only email. we have about 30 in the box at the present time. If you really want to purchase through them then use a reputable credit card, as they will hold funds, if a dispute ariases, and if you look at the client reviews,well they speak for them selves. My regret was I didn't chech customer review first.

The company provides terrible customer service and when you ask for help they basically tell you to get lost, I will never buy from this company again they are an absolute joke!!

Rv cover.ca - it’s a scam, very poor quality, ripped to shreds in the wind company wanted $95 to ship an new one. The cover is not worth $95. Bad company, do not buy .

I received a cover that was far too long. It did not look like the photos. There was no thick 5 layer top cover that came down 12" on the sides. There were no weighted tie downs. It barely fit my trailer, which was 1 ' shorter than the size ordered. I sent them pictures and they said it fit perfect. The cover didn't even cover the entire top of the trailer! The cover is very well made and would be lovely if it fit better. They wanted me to pay the shipping back and could not guarantee receiving it. In other words, you aren't getting your full money back. We kept the cover, took the 60% money refunded they offered us and sucked up the loss. I would suggest buying from someone that would take the return back Amazon (in stock and returnable) Canadian Tire or Wayfair.) Their prices were similar and items could be returned for full money back. I should have known when they diodn't ask for the trailer model. I spent a lot of time on the phone prior to ordering and thought they were an honest company. Also, use PayPal if possible if you are still going through with it. I give RV Covers 5 stars for returning 60% of the cost of the cover. We are treating it as a 'garage sale find'. No hope of the 'lifetime guarantee."
We wanted to support a Canadian company during the pandemic. I believe it to be 'drop ship' company out of the US.
Also, they have reviews on the site but you can not review the cover after you purchase it. If I knew that, I wouldn't have purchased it. Beware.

Do NOT buy from these guys. I received a cover with a big rip in it out of the box. They wanted me to pay $100 to get it replaced. It came damaged out of the box! Customer service ignored my emails, and when I called and spoke to the “manager” he hung up on me the first time. Then he called me a liar and said it was impossible the product was damaged. This company is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money.

I bougt a travel trailer cover from RVCovers.com in May 2020. I received it about 10 days latter. When I opened it I noticed a little hole about 3 inch. I didn't care much and continied to cover my rv with it. What I didn't like was that the hole was right in front of the door, so I took it off and started a return process. I asked from them to pay for shipping back since the cover was defective and of course they didn't pay it. At UPS during the pandemic shipping was$350 for freight and $70 for ground but it would arrive there after a month of the purchase voiding the refund. Will definitely never buy from here again.

I purchased an item from rvcovers, the item shipped fast and the customer service was great.

We placed an order with RV Covers and after an extremely LONG wait, we were notified by email that the order had been shipped. After a couple weeks elapsed, (and several attempts to get an answer) RV Covers contacted us again to let us know that the item was out of stock, that it actually did not ship after all. In the meantime, they charged our credit card for the merchandise--about $300. Finally it was all resolved and they offered us a rather small discount on future orders. Of course the fault lay with their supplier, but certainly they could have informed us in a more timely manner rather than blame someone else. We have stopped doing business with this company and have since found another online rv company that promptly follows through.
