I love this service, it makes camping so much fun.

You can’t put a price tag on peace of mind. The bespoke nature of RVezy made my recent camping trip with the kids a huge success. The ease ordering and on-site set up allowed me to spend more time with the kids and less time set up. Highly recommend!

As a first time renter I really appreciated the RVezy support system - it made me feel secure on the drive. The rental was super clean, perfect for my family, and I enjoyed the thrill of driving a big wheel!

Renting through Rvezy was a breeze! Booking was seamless, and the RV was clean and cozy, just as advertised. Their customer service was top-notch too. Using Rvezy made our two-week hunting trip way better! Having our own mobile basecamp was super convenient, and the RV was perfect for chilling after long days out. Thanks to Rvezy, our hunting adventure was a total 5-star win!

When we had a last minute need to travel from Ottawa to Nova Scotia to go help family and others with hurricane repair, we booked thru RVezy and it was awesome. We had the booking, service explained in detail and we were on our 2 week journey with no issues at all. The pick up / return was smooth and simple. Reliable RV that slept 5 and made the journey easy!

RVezy is my go to for fast, easy and reliable RV rentals. Their App is excellent and their customer support is exceptional. They look after both the RV owners and the renters to make sure both sides win. Also, their insurance package is the best. I wouldn't even consider anyone else for an RV rental.

Our family rented twice from RVezy in 2022 and 2023. Only have good things to say about our experience. Both hosts were very friendly and the RVs were exactly as described. We had a couple small issues with the app on our first trip, but RVezy’s support team was quick to help us out. The second time we booked, the app experience was seamless. Would highly recommend.

Very disappointed by the website customer service and by Eric whom I rented the Beach house on wheels (2012 sprinter) from. I had to book privately outside the platform because Eric didn't set the right summer rate. The website wouldn't accept the rate to be changed as the host already accepted and told me to cancel my booking (with fees at my expense). I decided to trust Eric and book the van outside RVezy with Eric's preferred rate. Now he wants to blame me for any little scratch in his van and won't give me back at least part of the deposit. He wasn't honest about the amenities in the van either (not a real 2 children bed, toilets impossible to use, bed linen that i paid for were only for 2 instead of 3, there was barely anything to cook that i had to buy a frying pan).
Will never book again with RVezy or him again!

Very disappointed- similar experience as other post here. We received an extra charge of $800. Couldn’t get a human to speak to us by phone. We disputed the charge and then received an email saying they were going ahead with it - no rhyme or reason. Automatic change of $845 to our credit card. They won’t even provide a receipt for the work that I don’t believe is actually being done. Will never use this company again. Will make sure others know not to as well.

Wow. I called RVezy and spoke to someone about a charge on our invoice and for some clarification on the invoice itself as it is not clear at all. The person that I spoke with encouraged me to complete the dispute section of the email that was sent to close the booking. I completed that section and sent it. We did not get any response from RVezy over our dispute over some charges. I phoned RVezy again and was unable to get through to a live person, but the message on the recording said that I should be patient and someone would be assigned to our dispute soon. We were going to wait until the end of the week, then call again, but then this email came today. Not only did we not get our dispute heard, but the invoice that I received today is equally as vague as the past one. Our hosts were amazing. So helpful and responsive when we had a question or issue and they went out of their way to make sure that we were confident and satisfied with our experience all along the journey. They get a 5. We are very disappointed with the customer service that we have received, as well as the lack of information to close the booking. The final invoice is so vague - no breakdown as to exactly what RVezy fees we have been charged, only having those fees be increased as time goes on. We have enjoyed our outing using the camper van that we rented and want to continue to travel this way. However, we will be renting our vehicles from any other rental service providers, and we will not be recommending using RVezy to friends or family should they ask about our experience with RVezy. We had a great trip but this closing of our booking process has left a bad taste. We feel ripped off by you for the additional fees that we paid with no understanding of why. RVezy was not at all easy.

If you are an RV owner, you absolutely should not rent with this site. They are taking your full driver information (driver license, driving history, birth date, and even social security number, since it's on my license) and enough information to pull a credit report to determine eligibility for a commercial insurance policy where the RV owner is not the policyholder, but only a 3rd party. 3rd parties to insurance policies never need to "qualify" to be insured. That's because literally anyone, aside from the policyholder, can be a 3rd party to an insurance policy if they are damaged by the policyholder.

I've gone back and forth with their customer service people about why they need this information, and they cannot say why. I've asked how my personal information is used to "qualify". They cannot explain why. I've asked why I need to "qualify" as a 3rd party, and they cannot explain why. It's clear they don't have a clue what's going on.

I've even asked them to send policy information, maybe some details from their commercial insurer about how my information is used to "qualify" as a 3rd party to an insurance policy, and they have dodged the question.

Every response thus far is just canned nonsense that doesn't answer any of the above concerns. I gave them ample opportunity to answer what are very simple insurance policy questions. I have held MBS commercial RV insurance policies in the past, as I've been renting RVs since before RVezy was even around. I'm fully aware of how these policies work. The fact that they are unwilling to provide information about the insurer is incredibly shady.
