Bought vinyl for a job slow shipping took 7 days. Got the box it was empty had to reschedule the customer for the day I was supposed to get the replacement. The replacement stuff has now been delayed and my customer completely canceled on me.

If I could go with *ZERO STARS* I would have. Shipping was slow and came damaged with a cut. The one un-damaged piece was Mis-cut and Mis-aligned. I reached out to have them replaced the damage in shipping and the incorrect fit. I was forcefully told they do not accept returns and I might get store credit (even though I emailed her picture of the damage to box and tint )
I also asked for a copy of their community guidelines that get reviewed when someone leaves a review of their product. I have been ignored for three months with no response. All it takes is a simple attachment of a document. If that document they say gets reviewed even exits.
The only service you will get from customer service is knowing your wallet is lighter and there are much more respectful and morally sound businesses that will show they care about their buyers.

I ordered a clear protectant wrap for the front of my truck. I went to install the hood and there’s an inch gap on each side of the hood and got a hold of RVinyl and they won’t do nothing about. It they said that is the way it fits told me it was a managers decision to do that no refund no nothing. My last Hood was completely overwrapped the hood. Great customer service NOT.

I can't belive I just spent over 100 bucks on this dash kitt the stickers are very thin and have practically no adhesive on the back side. They charge extra for anything u may need to install the actual stickers. The package does not come with a diagram or blue print to show u were the stickers go so ur left sitting there trying to figure out were each sticker is supposed to go yet on there web site it says ur supposed to get a diagram showing were the stickers go. I was expecting some high quality stickers with a good adhesive on the back. I've seen cheap stickers out of vending machines that could stick better than this crap. Btw the cheap dollar store stickers they sent me did not line up correctly I was forced to cut the sticker to make it fit correctly. Rvinyl sucks don't waste ur time or money on these chimps.

Honestly, do not buy from this company. What you see in the pictures and what they send are two different things. I paid $133 for a wood look dash kit. Upon arrival, the kit wasn't even made for my year dash, the product had no instructions, and the material looked like a cheaply made wallpaper. Now they refuse to give me a refund. Shop elsewhere, you'll be happier in the long run.

I purchased the Hood and Roof / Pillar Protection 3m in Good Faith for my 2019 Chevy Silvarado just over $500.00. What I got was 1) Items that were NOT Precision Cut for the Vehicle with edges that were close but not 100% Line Up. I mean there is only ONE Way a 2019-2024 Silvarado and they managed to botch it up. NO DIAGRAMS. So I have All These Little Cut Pieces for Around the Headlights and my 40 yr Experienced Tinter and I could not figure this out. PLUS No Phone Number to Get Hold of RVinyl. I have to drag it out of "Customer Service" in a string email to get their 800#. Of course after explaining that the Roof Piece was cut upside down and did not match ( "glue" side was up instead of down) , they want a picture / A picture? Again there is onlye ONE WAY to put on this piece on a SPECIFIC Vehicle.
Just Send a Correct Part! $500 is not good enough? Forget Rvinyl. They SUCK!

Please do not waste your time or money on rvinyl. I purchased a chrome interior dash kit from them for my car. The product is cheap dollar store material and quality. The chrome is hazy with wavy lines in it, you try to remove it from their sheet backing and it ruins it due to crinkling and thinness if you do manage to get it off you will never ever be able to place it on desired part without ruining it. They charge caviar and deliver dollar store canned tuna. Look elsewhere

I wish I would have done more research on this company before I bought from them. I bought an interior trim kit for my 2012 Jetta and the fitment wasn't even close to what I expected. Some of the pieces were too large to fit around bezels correctly. Some fit in one dimension but not the other. It also came with pretty bad cuts that required me to tear the pieces apart. When I contacted them yesterday about a refund they said they would look into it. I contacted them again today and they said that the product was shipped as intended. Needless to say, I would absolutely not recommend this company.

So it was my first time ordering a vinyl online never used a vinyl before so I ordered from rvinyl first off I was never given a tracking number it's was a week I never received the product they never reach out I contacted them finally got a reply then day later it shows up I had got the wrong color I notified them hey I got the wrong color they stated oh well you can't not return the product witch on there site when I order it don't not once say hey all sales are final not like that I mad a honest mistake I didn't want my money back I just wanted the right color but no they decided to be scumbags and not allow me to return it for the color I needed I spent over $150 I don't make much so 150 is alot to me also the quality of there product is poor and way over price and you think they would want to do the right thing and help a first time customer out that mad a honest mistake but no so I deeply Encourage anyone ordering vinyl so stay far away from these scumbags and get not only a better product but also cheap priced from else where these people do not deserve your money

Shipping took a ridiculous amount of time, customer service was rude about it, and the way they packaged it wasn't great. It was safe from the elements and secure, yes, but I ordered sheets of vinyl. They came wrapped around a tiny core, making them a pain to work with. I will never order from them again.

I don't normally leave reviews, but when I do, it's either 5 stars or no stars. In this case, I digress. I highly inform you to look elsewhere. The product descriptions from this company are misleading and outright scamish. I paid $100 for literal stickers (I'm not kidding) when the website has a very different description and wording surrounding its products. At the same time, these 'stickers' don't even fully match up to the exact product it says it does, while also NOT EVEN STICKING lol. This will be one of many reviews I leave because no one and I repeat no one should buy from this company. Their response? See the refund policy. That is all. Good day.

I ordered on Dec 23 and all I keep getting are delivery dates which do not happen, day after day after day.

Now Rvinyl tells me I have to chase my shipment with the delivery carrier. What the ??

From now on I order from Amazon and no one else !!

I received my order, incomplete and needed to file a claim to get all that I had ordered. Their system showed my order was complete. They resent what they thought they sent me in a beginning. I gave them proof that the first shipment could not have had my window tint in it when the package was a little over 12” long with photos of package along with correspondence from post office was into my mailbox, which cannot accommodate window tint unless it was folded or wadded up. The 2nd package was never received because Rvinyl didn’t put the correct zip code on the second shipment. I informed Rvinyl of the problem and that it had been over 3 weeks since my order and requested that they do something. They continue to insist that I take it up with the courier to resolve the issue. The courier cannot deal with me on this shipment since Rvinyl is their customer regarding this package.

The material came quickly. Very happy and installed as expected. The credit card interface wasn’t the best, but order fulfillment and delivery was prompt. The packaging of the PPF was sturdy and protected the vinyl well.

Buyer Beware!!! If I could give 0 stars I would $300 dollars for custom dash kit for my 22 Hyundai Tucson, everything arrived but when I unwrapped the rolled up “custom vinyl cuts” I was surprised to find almost every cut seemed of, jagged ends and even broken vinyl. It looks as if someone hand cut this and shipped it just to take your money. Found out this company is basically a scam as nothing ever fits and looks terrible yet they do not give refunds. I have to basically trash these items since not a single cut was symmetrical in a symmetrical car how can the left trim look different then the right when they are exact same just reversed. This is crazy this company is still in business. Save your money! I spent mine so you don’t have to.
