Faulty product, terrible customer service (refused to refund)
Simply put, I've never had this poor of an experience buying anything online in my life.
These guys were a really bad experience. I ordered vinyl pillar wraps online for my car (2013 Land Rover LR4), and when they arrived they didn't fit. Meaning they weren't cut correctly for my car. They obviously are cutting the wrong template, which I can understand, but of course I no longer want this product. When I complained they asked me to send pictures, which I did, and they replied saying this was how they were designed to fit, and they wouldn't offer a refund.
(The specifics: The photos I sent clearly showed that the fit was correct at the top of the pillar, but got narrower as it went down, and ending up way too narrow at the bottom of the post. I replied that this didn't make sense since the fit was different at the top than the bottom. And also that their website was full of photos of this product that showed a correct fit. The customer service person said she was checking with management, then came back and said they had refused to do the return, then stopped replying.
$50 in the grand scheme of things isn't a huge amount of money, but the way these guys do business was unbelievable to me. (meanwhile it probably cost them closer to $5 to produce these wraps.)

Placed an order at 5:18pm for vinyl. Woke up next day and wanted to edit order at 8:40am. They claimed my order was in process and can’t be edited or canceled. Because it’s vinyl it can’t be refunded. I tried to work with them about exchange but they weren’t having it. They hurried up and shipped out order so I couldn’t edit it. Greedy scumbags. Hope someone spits in their lunch daily.
**UPDATE**. I received my package today and it was missing items. Probably should’ve slowed down and taken your time instead of rushing to try to jam me up. Now I’ve gotta try to get the rest on my stuff that I paid for.

Poor quality, poor fit, worse customer service
I purchased a custom dash kit from Rvinyl. Their claim is that it is specifically designed for the year make and model of my vehicle. After waiting 17 days to receive the product, I installed the first two pieces. The first piece I would rate as a 6 of 10 in terms of custom fit. The second piece I would rate a 1 of 10.
I attempted to contact them several times over the phone, through email, and online. After multiple attempts, I was finally able to connect with online chat. After sharing pictures of how poorly the items fit, the customer service person informed me that their CEO and in-house expert said, "that is how they are supposed to fit".
I respectfully explained that is not the quality standard that they claim, and that it doesn't meet my expectations for a quality standard. I had requested an RMA for a return and refund and was told that they only accept returns of new, unopened and unused items and then they will only provide a store credit. Clearly, it is impossible to know how poor the quality and fit is until it's been opened and installed.
When I was told I had no other options to escalate my concern, I made a follow up phone call in hopes of a different option and was able to reach the same online support person.
I asked him if I could escalate the issue to the CEO Philip Krynsky. The support person laughed out loud at my question.
I have escalated to a dispute with my credit card company.
All that said, I see why the reviews and ratings for this inferior business are so low.

Bought these for the door Pilars on my Tacoma. The graphics/decals dont have a straight edge, at one point it rolls over the edge and at another doesn't make it to the edge. The corners over hanged so much, I would've needed to recut myself as they hung over to the glass. I requested a refund and they stated the product was cut by design and that I no refund would be offered. Don't buy from these guys, unless you are looking to add graphics/decals cut out by a kindergartner.

worst company in the world, do not buy this company's product!!! they ask for VIN number, car model and etc... But at the end of the day, they send wrong material size. Guess what, once you email customer support, if they respond and if they do, they just don't care. The "Funny" part of this company is: You buy a custom product, but at the end of the process you need to act like pro... cut, adjust add extra material you need to buy. Always stay away from this company! I'm a businessman, and I want to keep the whole company open, but it needs to close because of the way they treated the customer.

Bad Customer Service and Refund
recently buy front, rear, and fog light tint that were supposed to custom fit for my BMW 640i. I took the tint to a 5-star tint installation dealership to have it installed, Well to my surprise the front was not a custom fit. The installer recommended not to install the rear and return the front and contact Rvinyl. I contacted them and sent photos of the tint. Their customer rep Melinda P. stated they will not refund me because it was installed by a third party? Hence I am not a professional installer but using that as an excuse not to refund me and the fact I still have the rear tint still in the shipping plastic. I would not order any custom tint cause it will not be custom fit and no refund!!!!!! Your choice buying from this company!!

They say on their website that they offer discounted replacements if you mess up installation. But NO. They’ll literally tell you to “have a nice day” and end the conversation.
Junk products, terrible customer service, no product support or warranty
I bought about 400 bucks worth of paint protection film. Some of it was 3M, some was this Avery Denison stuff I'd never heard of but it was cheaper so I figured I'd try it. Watched the videos, followed all instructions, cleaned the area as instructed. The 3M stuff worked just fine, perfect, just as expected. The Avery Denision stuff would not adhere in places and would pull up off others long after you thought you were done messing with it, days later. Defective. Contacted Rvinyl, got the run around for a few weeks, then they say installer error. No explanation as to what the error was or why only this stuff failed and not the 3M. No refund, no warranty, $330 worth of junk film and they don't care a bit. I even asked if they could ship me the 3M versions and I'd pay the difference. Nope. Never ever buy anything from this place!

Terrible Customer Service
By far the worst customer service out there! They sent me the wrong color and will not give me the right color or give me a refund. They also will no longer respond to emails or calls. It also took 3-4 weeks to get my vinyl.
Horrible Experience
This company is unprofessional and has horrible customer service. I ordered vinyl to use for my daughter’s birthday. They send the wrong stuff and refused to take a return. I had to message them four times and finally they said they don’t give returns. Don’t use this company! I have found way more helpful, better quality shipments and cheaper elsewhere.

Order a kit for 2014 Sienna. Followed all instructions and steps. Applied one film, lot of wrinkles after 24 hours. Anything I tried didn't work. I worked on different cars with different products from competition without any problems. Be aware. They asked for 20% restocking fee, if the product is used you will receive a store credit only. What to do with the store credit? To buy another low quality product? No thanks. Overall, horrible experience with this company. It took 12 days to be delivered from NY to Las Vegas.
Dishonest Company and Horrible Customer Service
This place should get 0 stars. Customer service is horrible and after mis ordering an item I emailed them within the first 30 minutes to cancel the order and they said it was too late they had already processed the order. I then said can you stop it from sending and just charge me a restocking fee and refund the money... No response and they still sent the mis order to me. I emailed them, They then told me to send the product back to them and they would refund my money.
I send the product back to them for them to tell me the package was damaged and they could not resell the product and would issue me store credit. I never even opened the package and sent it straight back. There’s nothing on the website I want and even if there was I would have to pay $10 to get it delivered. Their website says they offer led lights, custom gauges, racing seats, and more. Turns out they only offer crappy tint and vinyl wraps. This company is a scam and I write this review because they will take your money and never look back! Straight garbage! Obviously you all need that $69.99 more than me.
