This job became stressful almost immediately because the owner made small problems into huge issues. New employees do not get much patience or understanding while trying to adjust. Simple conversations often turn into long lectures that leave people uncomfortable. The pay promises also came with too many rules and conditions attached. There was no flexibility even for things outside your control like traffic. The owner talks down to employees and creates a lot of anxiety in the workplace. People end up walking on eggshells because nobody wants to upset management. Anyone thinking about joining should beware because this place can drain you mentally in a short amount of time.
