Not Enough Info

The items I ordered came promptly, but I could not find any info whether or not the vent covers came with hardware. I have no clue how to order the brackets, screws and bolts. I called and did not get a return phone call that day.
The emails were prompt too.

When ordering the website stated they…

When ordering the website stated they had 5 in stock. Not true. After several days after they charged my card I contacted customer service to find out it was back ordered. No expected ship date. After 2 more weeks I contacted customer service again for status. 4 word answer. No expected ship date. Why show something in stock when it’s not and why do I have to be the one to contact them?

Sorry for the inconvenience. There are many items on back order right now and we appreciate our customers' patience. The website quantities do update regularly, but there is high demand and the synchronization between the site and the warehouse cannot always keep up.

$16 to ship a 1/4 oz piece of rubber…

$16 to ship a 1/4 oz piece of rubber that costs $18, it’s 11 days since shipping and I still haven’t received it. I’m going to call to cancel, got it some place else.

Unfortunately, shipping costs are not at all related to value of the item. A $200 item of the same size/weight/destination would cost the same. The item shipped the day following your order, sorry that it took USPS so much time to deliver it.
