Unprofessional service and terrible…

Unprofessional service and terrible communication—Avoid.I tried to deal with Anthony Gallacher at RV Super Centre Belfast to purchase a 6-berth Roller Team motorhome, and the entire experience was incredibly unprofessional.Getting in touch with him was a nightmare. It took 10 to 11+ phone calls and multiple emails just to get a single response. When Anthony finally replied, he explicitly agreed to arrange a viewing for me at the Belfast branch and promised to come back to me with a finalized price. He completely failed on both counts—he never sent the pricing, and he never followed up to arrange the viewing. He went completely silent. In the end, his lack of basic customer service turned out to be a blessing. The unit they were offering was a tired, tacky ex-rental with torn seats and clear signs of heavy wear. I am absolutely delighted I did not buy from them, as I suspect dealing with any vehicle issues after the sale would have been an absolute nightmare given their terrible communication.I have since sourced a much cleaner, higher-spec camper elsewhere for a far better price. If you want a reliable, professional experience and a vehicle that has actually been looked after, look elsewhere. Do not waste your time chasing staff here

Disappointing After Sales Service

We purchased a Weinsberg 540MQ from RV Supercentre in Toddington. We were a first time buyers of a campervan and were relying on that RV were a reliable and honest company to deal with, with their website informing us they simplified the pre-owned motorhome buying experience by selling vehicles with full documentation, up-to-date mechanical and habitation service. We thought we would be able to jump in and drive away having the time we had been dreaming about. Unfortunately, the reality was much different.

The Sale was rushed through, when I was asking a lot of questions I was told “you are buying a second hand vehicle”, the purchase add-ons where not completed when we were told the campervan was ready for collection, we had to return it several times. The handover was semi-informative walking us through how things worked in the habitation area. We were given manuals, but there was no service history, records or habitation check paperwork. Even thou I chased for over a year no service paperwork ever arrived.
Within a week we noticed an engine oil leak, this took multiply trips back and over a year for them to finally rectify the leak, each time they had the campervan for weeks at a time. We felt like we were last priority in their workshop. The work that was carried out was charged at an extortionate rate.
Now we have a water leak in the habitation area, which RV have declined responsibility for the repair. Without a habitation check certificate on purchase, we cannot prove when the leak started.
I have emailed senior staff in the company, I had two replies saying that it is not their responsibility, and not acknowledging any of my other concerns, now they are non-responsive to my emails.

Be careful when dealing with RV, they are fine with the little easy to fix things, but wash their hands on the big money and time problems.
