I like the many color options and speeds of flames available. The fireplace was easy to put together and hang. The audio options are not the best as far a quality sound, but that is an option I wasn't planning on using. I have not tried the heat option as I don't plan to use that either. The only negative is the hum that the unit makes with only the flames running.

Temperature stopped working in less than three months. It has a one year warranty in which it states they will replace or issue a refund. I went back-and-forth numerous times and they are only offering a 50% refund despite the fact that the warranty says that they will replace or give a full refund. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My grill won’t reach over 600°, what is wrong? Does this grill use propane gas?

Fast delivery. Great sale price. That's what I waited for before buying. I bought this to use in my RV. Won't be able to try it out until I go camping this summer. It looks fantastic. It will allow me to cook outside and not heat up the RV. I can't hardly wait to use it. It's beautiful.

Received my insert for my electric fireplace! Love the look of the flame and the heat it produces! Lovely piece of furniture with extra “pazaz” with the beautiful flame!

Great fireplace easy to set up simple to operate. Decent heat flow

It’s much too small but that’s not your fault. The output doesn’t warm the room unless I close my bedroom door completely. I love the flame. My bedroom is 11x11 so not a huge area Too much trouble to repack and return but disappointed. It works just not in the way as I had hoped. This one replaced my old one that I couldn’t find.

Easy to install, looks great and heats our bedroom great! Shipped fast at a great price. We love it!

Been waiting for a replacement remote cuz the one that came with it never worked. I don't know why they wouldn't send it faster it's been a couple of weeks. I'm afraid that if it's not the remote that doesn't work then the unit doesn't work and I'm running out of time to return it.

Ordered the fireplace right before Christmas, it was available on Amazon but I wanted to order directly from RW Flame. It came the day after Christmas, super quickly. Packed very well, the fireplace is amazing. Exactly as described.

Love the fireplace, easy to install and looks great. I broke the remote and their support was very fast and helped me out.

I did quite a bit of research on fireplaces and landed on the one I purchased from R.W. Flame. Overall, I am satisfied with the unit. It is sturdy, constructed of metal, not plastic, and is a nice product.

The package arrived in about 9 days. Unfortunately, it did arrive with a noticeable dent on top. I reached out to R.W. Flame and they were kind enough to provide me with a partial refund.

I felt really good about buying this little stove, from the moment I open the box. there was packed in snugly, wonderful directions solid little piece and I enjoy it immensely. I do not find that the heat is significant.. you really do need to be in front of it (as was expected with an infrared).

Love this fireplace 🙌🏼 it is exactly what I was looking for and the perfect size ! It was easy to assemble: all pieces included, all holes lined up perfectly, no scratches on the wood! Flame looks real and the unit produces great heat! I often have to turn the heat down 🙌🏼 I am very, very happy with this purchase!

Arrived promptly. Well packaged and manual was easily accessible. It was not what I wanted. I didn't realize I had to do a little bit of work to set it up.

Horrible service, horrible product. Lights are amateur st best, heater provided no heat whatsoever. The requirements placed on me to return the product utterly ridiculous. How do I film the heater producing no heat? The "flame" looks like a person who never saw fire created it. Don't see the need for so many light colors and combos for a heater that generates no heat. DO NOT PURCHASE. if I could give negative 5 stats, I would.
