Very happy with my tools chest a true honest person to do business with and delivered to my door on time as he said

A friend showed me a ad on his facebook, and he knew it was like waving a sweet in front of a child (i'm nearly 40 lol) so i found their website and i got in touch and they were prompt and friendly, i had issues with my card and paypal (its my card provider thats the issue not paypal or rws) so i couldn't make payment in that way, we managed to sort a bank transfer to their business account, i always expect the worse as its a bad world we live in but they kept me updated regarding when delivery would happen,
They said it would arrive today between 9:45 and 10:15 and i have alot of respect for the fella who delivered it, he arrived at 10:17 and the first thing he did was apologise for being late,
Apologised for being 2 minutes late thats always rewarded with respect from me,
Treat how you wanna be treated in my mind,
And as i'm alot more then a 5 minute drive from their base i was genuinely impressed,
No company is perfect but for me they wernt far off perfect
Plus inspected the tool chest and tools after it was delivered and it is mint, absolutely no damage to thank you all at RWS,
this self employed mechanic appreciates and thanks you for the service you have provided me

I saw this tool chest on Facebook and it looked too good to be true! Paid via credit card so that I had some security. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Great communication, delivered by RWS themselves. By a guy that cared what I thought. Checked I was happy with my purchase and it is a fantastic value for money. Solidly built and tools well made. I'm glad I looked into it further and ordered one as it's absolutely brilliant. Will definitely use RWS again.

Brilliant service, ordered on Saturday and delivered on Monday. Delivery driver was friendly and polite and tool chest good quality and well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

I had to email and phone a number of times to sort out the late delivery date.

Ordered my purchase on the weekend and by Tuesday it had arrived.
