Rude, lie, and don't follow instructions.

Did Not Follow Instructions.This company has been a nightmare and I've been very patient with the problems until now.They don't speak clear English,the phone representatives are rude &argumentative,& they say anything to get you off of the phone, but they don't follow instructions.It's taken over a week for me to get my medication because of this. When I spoke to the last representative,after several others,I told them that I needed change for the cash payment.They said no problem,as they always do.Then there's a problem: no change.I also CLEARLYtold them that they have to come after 6:30 P.M.because no one would be here to sign for the delivery,& yet they woke me up BEFORE 8 A.M. to tell me the driver was almost here.This was EXTREMELY RUDE &usually no one would have been here to sign. Fortunately,my friend was unexpectedly here &able to sign.Then the next rep argued with me that it's the pharmacy's fault.NO.I spoke directly with the delivery service SEVERAL TIMES. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Lack of care or accountability

I am filing this complaint due to an extremely concerning medication delivery experience.
My medication was marked as delivered at 5:52 PM. I went outside four minutes later at 5:56 PM, and the package was already gone. The medication had been left in front of the wrong door which I can tell from the delivery photo, specifically my tenant’s door, who was not home(it was suggested by custom service that they took it). No attempt was made to ring the bell or knock on my door. Given the extremely short window of time between delivery and disappearance, this raises serious concerns about the security of Rx2Go’s delivery practices and whether medications are being handled appropriately.
When I contacted customer service, I spoke with someone who’s name I believe was Luis. I was told that the situation was “not their fault” because the medication was marked as delivered. Despite the fact that it was delivered to the wrong door, I was repeatedly just told “it was delivered”. When I stated that no one rang the bell or knocked, the representative responded with, “How would you know?” which felt dismissive and disrespectful. No apology was offered at any point.
I suffer from chronic pain, and the loss of prescribed medication to help with that is not a minor inconvenience. It is alarming that a company responsible for handling medications shows such a lack of care, accountability, and compassion. The customer service response only compounded the issue.
Patients should be able to trust that their medications will be delivered securely, correctly, and with professionalism.

Game-changing platform for pharmacy deliveries and operations

rx2go.ai has completely transformed the way we handle pharmacy deliveries and daily operations. The platform is fast, reliable, and very intuitive — dispatchers can create, track, and update routes in seconds, and drivers see everything clearly in the app. Live tracking, photo proof and automated notifications significantly reduced our errors and “where is my order?” calls from patients and pharmacies.

What I appreciate most is how rx2go.ai connects the whole workflow in one place: orders, drivers, vendors, and reporting. The analytics and dashboards make it easy to see which routes work best, where mistakes happen, and how to improve performance. It saves us hours of manual work every week and gives us full visibility over the entire delivery process.

Customer support is outstanding. Whenever we had questions or needed a new feature, the rx2go.ai team responded quickly, listened to our needs, and helped us implement solutions that actually work in real life. Onboarding was smooth, training was clear, and our team adopted the system much faster than expected.

Overall, rx2go.ai is a must-have platform if you want professional, scalable and efficient pharmacy delivery operations. I strongly recommend it to any company that takes service quality and reliability seriously.

Fly by night company and cursed me out in public

Think the title speaks for itself. Fly by night company. Does not honor delivery windows. Showed up three hours late and cursed me out on my own sidewalk!

Pharmacies DO NOT solicit this service. I like the pharmacy I got this from. This is not their fault. Do not solicit unless you want angry customer that don't realize this is not the pharmacies fault.

This company is not just unprofessional, it bordered on getting physical. I thought I was going to have to call the cops, I kid you not. If you look on their site, none of the buttons work. That's the first sign of a sham company.

I've said enough.
