Hi John, many thanks for taking the time to review your item which you are yet to receive, this was shipped 27th Jan the day after you ordered via Royal Mail, not sure if you’ve had chance to see the news lately but all international deliveries have been delayed due to a cyber attack at Royal Mail, unfortunately this is beyond our control, disappointing you chose to post a review before contacting us to allow us the opportunity to explain the situation.
The item hasn't been lost it is just unfortunately delayed due to the current situation, In the event of loss we would offer to resend the item, but as this isn't the case it could potentially get caught up in the disruption again, hopefully you now have the tracking details as per email last night.
As you will see from other reviews the vast majority are about the speedy delivery we achieve.

I had to pay extra costs because of Brexit (my bad that I forgot this issue) and the grips are completely destroyed after only 1 week of use. Unbelievable
