Just a follow up on my below review this company has now choose to cut all communication entirely. I have gotten legal advice and will proceed with this as this company are ripping people off and getting away with it far too frequently and it has to stop.

I wouldn’t buy from them again. It took weeks to get my items, they came from china, quality not great.
When I ordered I thought I would have the order in a few day as it was supposed to arrive from a shop in Kildare “as I thought”

The boots I ordered said was a 3-5 day delivery and it took two weeks, once I got the boots they were not true to size they were in fact too small. I emailed them regarding this and was told that as their Ireland depot has closed down they relied on another distribution centre(china) and to send the item back would cost upto €30 or I could however have a 10% refund on boots I paid €38 for. When I said this was not an option they then offered to either give me 20% off or were happy to send a bigger size for the price of postage and packing. I accepted the postage price offer and was sent a link to confirm payment, the link however didn’t work. I’ve Been emailing them regarding this issue now since the weekend to confirm payment but suddenly they’re gone very quiet and do not respond rapidly as before to emails. It’s a shame because boots are good quality but size 4 is definitely more like a size 3.

I emailed them to tell them I’ve given a one star review and lo and behold they messaged me straight back… link still not working though. Apparently having soft wear issues ! Told to try again tomorrow

Total scam! No option to give zero stars! Based in China and they make Temu look good! Too expensive to return and they offer a 10% refund that’s doesn’t even cover the cost to put the clothes in the rubbish bin!

I order a 3 piece suit thinking it was basted In kildare I payed €49,99 after waiting got no word then they sent tracking order witch did not work after sending 3 e mails still no joy they are supposed to be in China not kildare scam .stay away

It took 3 weeks for my parcel to arrive. There is a €30 charge to return items as they have no presence in Ireland despite being advertised as Ryan Kildare. The store is based is China. BEWARE

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!! Order shipped from China - absolute crap quality! Went straight in the bin.....

Cheap rubbish! Wrongly sized, bad quality NOTHING like the dress I ordered. No label on the dress just a tacky little M (medium) which is wrong because the dress is XL!
AVOID THIS COMPANY - whicjh is not in Kildare everything comes from China

I would give this company no stars if possible. Advertising completely different quality products than you receive. Ordered a cotton blend dress which turned out to be polyester when it arrived. It looks cheap. As it comes from China and took ages, it is too much hassle to return, which I presume is what they are relying on. Complete scam. Avoid!

Firstly, this company has a location pin on its web page. My package came from China. They have no presence here which why it took 21 days for my package to arrive. Further, they are copying clothes and the quality of the item I received is only fit for the bin. I am so annoyed. Further, their "customer service" is very very patronising. I am demanding a full refund and I have other friends who have also used this service. Assuming, given the name "Ryan Kildare", they are in Kildare. They are in China.

The item did arrive. Not great quality
