Marketing a 3 bedroom terrace house
I have rented my 3 bedroom terraced house out for the last 14 years. Used lots of different companies to market and manage the property over that time. I have not found any as efficient as RyanJay.
Nin is an absolute pleasure to work with. Very engaging, professional with fantastic interpersonal skills.
I would highly recommend using.

Poor slum landlords damp mouldy rodent infested properties have photographic proof going back over 12 months correspondence from the agent in zero refuse to acknowledge issues the tenant has raised don't answer 24hr contact number these slum landlords should not be able to operate in the 20th century

I would definitely recommend Ryanjay Estate Agents. We used them to sell our house, Nin is very professional and a really personable lady. Nin put our house on the market on a Friday and by the following Monday morning we had an offer of the full asking price. Everything ran very smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. An excellent professional service.
