Bought our first home (no chain) back in May and finally completed this week with the support of Geraldine. It was probably far more complex than needed to be but Geraldine did consistently provide timely updates and answers when solicitors couldn’t. Only giving 4 stars due to being passed pillar to post initially by R&D and it taking c10 weeks to find out the case handlers on the vendors side had disappeared which delayed the process more than we would’ve liked. Would use r&d again in the future now we understand the home buying process a little more

Having had the property on the market with another estate agency and receiving very few viewings, we decided to re list the property with Ryder and Dutton. In this day and age you tend to think that if people want to view a property they use Rightmove...... Wrong. Ryder and Dutton are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for! Their service is second to none and their database of potential buyers speaks volumes. Amber was brilliant from day one and Alice advised on what would make the property more appealing. In the first week alone we had more viewings than in the previous 4 months with our last estate agents. The property has now been sold for the full asking price and I would 100% recommend Ryder and Dutton. The cheapest is not always the best option. Well I instructed Ryder & Dutton to sell my home 18 months ago having struggled to sell with another agent. Initially to be honest it was priced a little high as we always like to aim high, but with the guidance & support of the team, initially lead by Georgia, who was first appointed. Zoe took the bulk of the sales, and not without the support of the viewing reps, and the rest of the team we finally got a sale. The house was sold 4 times before it finalised, due to buyers pulling out. I used the solicitors recommended by Ryder & Dutton whom kept me informed throughout. Thankyou to Ryder & Dutton.

After a shaky start with our first buyers being unable to get a mortgage, new buyers were found within 2 weeks of the property going back on the market and completion was within 4 months. Well done Ryder and Dutton.
