Have nothing against part Ryder and Dutton took in selling our house in fact can recommend them but simply for the fact they recommended Birchall Blackburn solicitors and get money off them for it, there is 1 star and if i could i would give minus 10 star. Be very aware and do not take recommendation of using this solicitors if you don’t want to pay extortionate price way way higher than it should be as well as waiting for your sale to go through for half a year and nearly lose it and then scramble to pack in less than a week.

A good experience overall. The initial stages to get to advert were a little slow, we had to wait a couple of weeks for photos to be taken etc. The handling of the sale was really good. We were supported by Bryony who unfortunately had to massively compensate for the poor quality of solicitors but did so really effectively.

From start to finish you have kept me informed on every single detail from viewings ,offers. Bids. Etc etc etc. and I couldn’t have been more happy with the way the sale went.
