Lisa Royle was responsible for ensuring, eventually, that the property was sold. There were a number of issues with intending purchaser's but Lisa maintained a positive and helpful approach throughout.
I was kept fully informed of matters throughout.

The property was put on the market in December 2023 at a somewhat optimistic value and took about 10 months to eventually sell. Lisa was involved throughout to bring about the sale.

House went on the market 18th April 2024 and it Sold by 7th June 2024 - so we are really pleased with Ryder & Dutton Middleton and all the staff there.
Particular thanks to Jordan / Elizabeth / Megan for pushing things through and being approachable throughout the process. Thanks also to photographer Jade who did an excellent job in making the photos look fantastic! - All in all a great service.

Sold and bought a house through Ryder & Dutton. The process was simple, smooth and easy. Michael the manager from the Middleton branch along with the selling agent Bryony were great. Carmel our move manager was fantastic, she kept us informed throughout and helped chase the sellers and their solicitor to help with completion. Worth paying the extra over an online estate agent who we tried and were useless. We would definitely use them again! Great team work! Well done Ryder & Dutton.
