We recently sold our home with Ryder and Dutton, Oliver quickly valued and got our property up on the market! We sold within a few days!

Michaela and Jade have been super helpful throughout the whole process, kept us updated throughout and went the extra mile with any problems incurred during the sale of our property.

Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove
Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

Oliver, Jade, and Ammaarah were a pleasure to deal with, when selling our house, Maxine helped us to sell, which we knew would happen as we had been on a couple of viewings with her ourselves, so thank you all very much.
A very big thank you must go to Michaela though, keeping us updated on all progress at regular intervals, getting in touch with solicitors to find out information on our behalf, really going above and beyond, to ensure our process was as smooth as it could be.

Moving is one of the hardest things in life, but having someone at the end of a phone, who solves issues as fast as Michaela, at the royton branch, I sincerely recommend.

R&D - a very good estate agent. Michaela was very helpful and patient in assisting us in viewing potential properties, until we found the right one - even after then, she was available for further viewings. Jade, was helpful as a direct point of contact once conveyancing commenced, and Oliver was available in the event of back up services required. All-in-all, we would recommend R&D (Oldham) to appoint whether it be for selling or purchasing.

Can't recommend Ryder and Dutton enough! Oliver, Jade, Michaela and Veda have all been absolutely brilliant throughout the process of selling our house, which I must say sold extremely quickly. All staff at the Royton branch have been so helpful and so friendly. Such a lovely team!
