this machine is not powerful enough for the lightest of cleaning duties. The firm gives no apologies for it's dismal performance and be quite rude

I did a review initially on purchase of the cordless vacuum cleaner and we were really pleased but now three months later the roller doesn’t spin any more and we have found it completely impossible to contact a human ..we just get an AI email with Joy’ which leads absolutely no where so no service and no repairs or maintenance available under warranty. So the initial purchase was fine but not worth having as now it’s gone wrong it might as well go in the dustbin. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service, Joy who I have in conversation with is rude and dismissive! The product is awful it lasted a week and broke, I contacted them and have emailing for months and nothing has been resolved. No refund, no replacement!!! I had to go and purchase a new hoover so I had one.
Do not recommend whatsoever!!
Disgusting staff and awful product

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I didn’t receive a confirmation email so I looked them up and read the reviews. I also tried to cancel immediately and was told the same thing. It did arrive but is very basic. The manual does not have an address, nor email, or telephone number. Where do you send the warranty? How do you contact 24/7 standby technical support. I am cross with myself for not checking Trustpilot first. This is one big scam!

tried to cancel my order within 20 mins but they said it had already been dispatched (rubbish) and then tried to return it and they make that impossible, So please avoid this company. (scam)

Avoid at all costs. Scam company in China. If there were zero stars as an option they would get it! Do not buy!
Canceled order within 10 minutes as realised the good online reviews are fake. Email from cheery Joy the next day saying item had already been shipped. Which is rubbish obviously.

Another dodgy version of a knock off leading brand. So many previous names with websites getting shut down and customers being left out of pocket unless puchased on credit card.

Beware scam item doesn’t work and is faulty. Returns is non existent as it’s returned to china and at your expense.
