Aweomse

Rythercamera is great. I ordered 5d mark iii, 50mm 1.4 lens, Ax 2000 camcorder with them and I got great customer service. Victor helped me purchase all these items. He was great to communicate with and he helped me out a lot. I will be buying a lot more in the future. I would recommend this to everyone. Great price, great customer service!

Great customer service and follow thru!

I bought a grill from Ryther which had hidden damage. Steve worked with both the manufacturer and me until I received a perfect grill. He did a great job walking a tightrope between customer and manufacturer until both were satisfied. I would definitely recommend Ryther and Steve in particular as an outstanding company and employee!

Great Customer Service!

Great Customer Service! I was helped by Victor and he was great to work with. He explained to me all the stuff I didnt understand about cameras. He was patient with me when I was unable to decide which stuff I want. I have ordered 2 cameras (AX-2000 and Mark III) with him and both experience was great. Will be shopping with this company for a long time. Thanks!!!

Try to deal with the owner directly if you can

I previously left a bad review for this store due to a very shady salesman that took it upon himself to send me items different than what I paid for. I tried to work it out with him and was unsuccessful and vowed to never buy from here again. Long story short months went by and I was contacted by the owner and informed that particular salesman is no longer employed there. In addition the owner was very generous in rectifying the situation. I will now consider future purchases here.

Update - they play games with the product

They hae access to foreign products and will bait and switch if you are not EXTREMELY careful. I thought I spelled out the Filter I wanted exactly - HD 8 layer Hoya UV filter. What I received was not Hd and from the Phillipines instead of Japan. DEFINITELY not the same quality. Don't feel like playing games with them. Won' use them any more.

Great prices, excellent customer service

I have been very satisfied with all of my puchases from RytherCamera. My sales rep Steve kept me updated throughout the
process and kept me from forgetting critical items. I found Customer Service to be responsive and helpful.
I would definitely recommend Steve and the company to friends and family.

I felt I was treated fairly and honestly.

I first called to ask about their insanely low price on a Canon D5 MK III, as I thought they were imported. That is great for non professionals but not for a professional. Steve was quick to suggest that as a professional photographer I should not consider an import and listed the reasons, some I was aware of and others I was not. He then offered me a great deal on a US product. Now I had a refurbished D5 on order from Canon at this point, but they were back-ordered and I was content with waiting a few days to see if they came in. Steve called back on Friday to check in with me, he seemed to understand where I was with the whole deal, at no time did I feel he was pressuring me. He was obviously trying to sell me a camera and ended up doing so, all in all I needed the camera, he gave me a great deal and I'll have it next week when I need it. It's actually rare, I find, for retailers to take the time to listen and work with you anymore, they all seem to want to move on if you don't buy right away. Sometimes a mere bit of humanity (and followup!) will make the sale. I'll definitely go back to them the next time I need something.

Excellent Customer Service

I recently purchased a Samsung 60" TV that was on sale at Ryther Camera. The purchasing process went very smoothly. I spoke to Steven over the phone to confirm and verify the order. Steven was very knowledgeable about the item and service I will be getting from Ryther.

I followed up on my order today and found that it was processed already and preparing shipment! I am impressed with the customer service at Ryther Camera and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Great deal, great experience!

Steven helped me out with a sweet deal! was really exceptional and went out of his way to go above and beyond. Great store, great people, great deals. I'll recommend RytherCamera to all my friends.

Steve was thorough and gave me confidence in his work and the company.

Steve came to my residence and was timely. He talked me through what was going to happen and what needed to be completed (order #65645). He was super personable which put my mind at ease about trusting the work and his workmanship. He worked hard and displayed excellent workmanship and professionalism.

I am very satisfied with the work and having Steve as my rep. Throughout the entire process, he spoke highly of the company and its greatness (which showed through him and his work ethics). He explained that the company would be very responsive and helpful whenever I needed something, today and into the future. I would definitely recommend Steve and the company to friends and family, especially based on my experience.
