Notice the fake people that have given a positive review when the response is a automated response and a fake phone number and address.

On 22/10/23 i ordered and paid for a pump. ID No. 15881 and at a cost of $259.00 . Can't connect by phone, say i haven't paid etc, via there online comms and have sent copy of my bank transfer details to no availe. Neither has my wife and have lied to her when she sent a copy of the bank transaction as having never received it. Have referred this 'outfit' to the ACCC as they are flat out lying and i consider the transaction as theft! Will be seeing there bank ANZ and will aquaint them of the problem as i don't want them party to theft as well. Will never deal with this Company again and will eventually bring court charges if necessary.

DO NOT USE. I ordered and paid for goods in Feb23 and have still nto received any goods or customer service to Aug23.

Bought some shelves from this lot, never again!! Shocking service… order placed over 4 weeks ago…Emailed enquiring into a delivery date and got redirected to customer support… told they would respond in 24/48 hrs but still nothing. Hopeless. Do not buy anything from this site!!

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. This site is nothing but a scam. Ignore the five-star reviews that say otherwise because I'm betting that they are fake reviews. Utterly useless.
Placed my order December 1 and apart from an email confirming the order I have received nothing despite contacting them a number of times. Sent an email to their customer service with all invoices and chat transcripts and requesting a refund.. nothing. Order #15580.
Call their number and it will go to a message. Their '24/7' online support will tell you to email their customer support with details and then you hear nothing.
After seeing all the real negative reviews I decided to do something about them and reported them to NSW Office of Fair Trading. They should not be allowed to keep on doing this.

ordered on 23/10/2022 advised shipped 2/11/2022 . not received 2 emails sent .. 4 phone calls made .no answer . call centre calls made , they said refered to customer service no response . yet they say ''we provide 24/7 service '' another way we are being ripped off
