Was in Accident off Craft Avenue where one of their trucks collided with my car an caused it to spin around twice between the trafic at 14H20 yesterday where I mannaged to stop the car before it hit the concrete barriers. Dont answer cant reach the owner to settle out of court.

Still waiting on my order to be despatched after 12 days, unable to contact them as line is continuously busy, have emailed with no reply. Website is now not working. Have no idea what has happened with this company but customer service is now terrible. Will be requesting a refund

Ordered 3 items with express delivery. 9 days later I had not received any tracking information. During the 9 days I attempted contacting the website through email and through their website, no response. The phone number listed on their website does not work. Additionally, the website now cannot be accessed. I had to dispute the charge through PayPal to get a refund.

Seriously NOT impressed with service ( the lack of it) and how they don’t live up to what’s stated on their avowed “shipping policy” …
This is my 4th time ordering product and yet again over 2 weeks later I’ve had non delivery- shipping notification- replies to emails and now their phone just rings off the hook!
Sadly (the bottles are great) I’ll have to look elsewhere to take my business!

Ordered 4 "Love Yourself" - RZN UV Hand Fan - Large Pride Clack & Fold to use for Sydney World Pride March 2023.
Ordered items 15th February 2023 with confirmation stating would be dispatched next day. 25th February received notice of shipping. Now it’s 9th February when check the tracking provided by seller SENDLE SF6TV32 it states item not dispatched yet

I have purchased some glasses from their website and have never received any updates on the shipping, tracking number... and obviously, the products have never arrived. I've tried to contact them through their chat, email, phone, and none of them work.

I have been trying to contact them via email, phone and their chat service. I had a shipment that I never received due to damage in transit and it was return back to RZN before Christmas. They will not reply nor you cannot contact them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on buying from this business

Top quality products and great online service.

I ordered the 'Trigger spray Amber 250ml' and the"100ml Amber glass bottle" with the spray and dropper lid. The quality of the products is very high, both the bottle itself and the various lids. I found the purchasing experience really quick and easy and I received within 48 hours! Would recommend RZN Style.
