We have been using Accelerator for about 6 months now over dozens of websites, and there was only 1 situation in which we could not beat our previously favorite cache (Nitropak). The yearly cost of the premium version is reasonable when on promotion (about $90), and they offer a free version with a generous cap on bandwidth. From our experience, their tech support has been very responsive and helpful. They offer almost the same tech support quality as Nitropak (the industry-leading tech support in our opinion), the difference being the speed at which issues are reviewed and how much work Nitropak is willing to pour into a tough issue. This said, the Serafinite Accelerator tech team has never failed to solve any issue we submitted, so we rank them a very close #2 for tech support. For pure plugin results, we give Serafinite an edge over Nitropak because their setup is easier, and their speed score is usually slightly better on mobile. For ease of use, Accelerator has the advantage. For pricing, Accelerator Pro subscription (on promotion) costs less than Nitropak Pro. Overall, a top-notch pick.

After installing the premium paid version, all my pages got deindexed, and things started heading in the wrong direction after doing this speed optimisation.
Website timesofireland.com & emarket.ie, both websites, Google crawlers could not crawl these sites, and in the Google search console, it was failing the validation. Luckily, I found the article written by Darren Shaw, and then I deleted the plugin, and Google can crawl my website. I lost all my traffic because of this plugin, which is not cheap. They did not even have the courtesy to refund me, as the refund policy is 30 days. So, guys, stay away from this plugin

We purchased the upgrade to premium some days ago. Cannot load in key or upgrade. We have sent 4 requests for support. No response. UPDATE: They finally got back to us. Refunded our subscription. Apparently the Fivvr developer used a 'cracked' premium version which caused major issues for Seraphinite and us. We have nevertheless mutually agreed to go our own ways.

Plugin makes the backend of your website very slow. I asked Cloudways and they highly advised against using it. Also wasn't clear it was a recurring subscription and now the seller don't want to give a refund. Be careful because with this product !!

Simply amazing cache plugin. I have a website with veeery long and heavy forms with calculated fields, conditional fields etc. Either I needed a cache plugin that could speed up the page to make the pages/forms work för the user or I had to rethink the whole idea of having these large forms. The loading time without a cache plugin was ridiculous. I tried a lot of cache plugins both free and payed and the one that came closest to do the job before I found Seraphinite was WP Rocket. But when I switched on the feuture that had the most effect on loading time it broke the form. Seraphinite was both faster and it didn't brake the forms either. I don't know how they do it but this cache plugin is just the best. Also great custumor support. Thanks!
