Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! Or better yet DON'T!

Bought two tote bags. Followed online return policy instructions for both, which began with sending a return request by email. as per their on line return instructions Got a reply saying return approved, but no further information, (tracking / approval number, preferred carrier to use for shipping, etc.) and NO free return label for my 122.00 purchase, (as advertised as Free returns for purchases over 100.00). Sent three more emails asking for assistance. Website says to expect a reply in 24 hours. Nothing. Been five days and still no reply. I did file a dispute with my credit card bank, which resulted in the charge being removed from my card. Plus the bags were barely fair quality. Thick rigid horse leather, bulky and heavy.

Takes a while to get an answer, but the bags look great

I ordered a bag, and after 6 days I had no idea where my shipment was or if it had been shipped.
I tried to contact them and eventually got a reply that it was on its way.
The shipment arrived on time and I must say the bag is VERY beautiful and excellent quality.

Petty, Unprofessional, False Advertisers

Ordered bag 11/30. Card charged. Emailed bag isn't in stock 5 days later. Bag still showing as in stock on website (now 6 days later) ... complained and said these were dishonest business practices but chose another color as directed - THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER OUT OF SPITE. Blatantly unprofessional - Allesandro specifically.

A complete scam business

Placed an order for a handbag and never received a order number. Unlike other businesses which deduct funds once the order ships, these guys take your money at once without the intention to ship the ordered merchandise. Can't reach or talk to anyone, emails remain unanswered.

NO STARS for RIPPING ME OFF

NO STARS deserved...NOT ONE! This company totally screwed me over for $119.00!!! Giving me the run around, emails that consisted of nonsense, constantly asking me to provide information. I would give it to them and then they would ask again as if I never gave it to them. They lost track of my return. They were asking me for the shipping label numbers, when they sent me the label themselves. I took a screen shot of the actual label, and then they would ask for it again. I originally wanted to exchange my purchase for another color, but they can't even find it. The WORST online company out there. They have no communication skills and can not understand English. This has been going on since Christmas. Now they stopped responding. I call that STEALING!!! No integrity whatsoever. they haven't owned up to their incompetence or taken responsibility for losing my return. I feel so taken advantage of. Now I can't even reach them. Thieves they are. SERIOUSLY...SHAME on S-ZONE. I hope they go out of business before they take advantage of another customer.

Poor customer service and no shipment

Poor customer service. Have not received my purchase after 21 days and when I ask for refund they sent me a message saying they needed to spend time with their family and would not respond until 01/27/23. NEVER
AGAIN will I order from them not ever on Amazon. They make you believe it is based in America but after lots of research it appears it is based in China. I don’t have a problem with that but just be honest. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The bag is not what it looked like when…

The bag is not what it looked like when I re dived the item.
They have a 30 day return policy, so I quickly contacted them to get a return label and credit my account.
I am getting the run around with this company.
Dora’s last comment was would I keep the bag and receive $10.00 in cash.

No return label sent

On Oct 22, 2022 I order a bag and wallet, I wanted the redish bag, but thought that color was to bold so I decided to order the blue bag with the blue wallet, so after I placed my order I didn't realize I ordered the red and blue bag, it was to late to cancel, so I figure once I receive the orders I would contact them for a return label . My order came October 27th, I have not heard anything from them and I sent them about 6-8 emails. please be carefully if you receive your item and decide you don't like it your stuck with it.
